Great customer service. And something I love about this hotel is door sweep Out of all the hotels we have stayed in this the only hotel we have woken up with out cockroaches, ants or bugs next to our beds. Yes I understand they are difficult to get rid of and they serve a purpose but when you wake up try to turn the light on on your nightstand and there's cockroaches it's not a good feeling. But here we have stayed more than 10 times already and not once have we ever encountered that. This isn't a luxury hotel but it meets all the standards that the one does at a great price. And again customer service here is always the best.

That we have to leave back home.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit my family that lives in Yuma. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms are very clean. We traveled with our dog this time and they were welcoming to her and the price of the pet deposit wasn't unreasonable at all. They have a few big grassy areas to walk our dog. I would stay here again and again. It's close to every thing in town and my family. It's also a fair price for the room we got.

Bigger trash cans by the pet area so when people throw things away there is room. Other than that I had an amazing stay

The room was so very clean the minute we opened the door, you could actually smell the "clean" and it was a nice, peaceful smell. The free breakfast was good. The staff was amazingly kind and friendly. The hotel was quiet and parking was free and convenient. I seriously liked the ability to check in online prior to arriving, that saved so much time!!!

I had requested a few extra items during the online check in process and none of the items were in our room when we arrived. It definitely didn't ruin our time or stay there, but it sucked that my request wasn't handled the way the online offered. Also, I had to go ask at the front desk for a roll of toilet paper as our roll had run out, there should always be an extra roll in the bathroom.

Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable for a nights stay. The ladies at the registration desk were very nice. Especially the one working in the daytime. I never got her name, but she was a Rockstar!

In my room, the internet was not working. My room faced the outside of the hotel and the internet was non existent. The lady at the desk tried everything she could including calling her tech person. The tech person said he had to come and check the internet but didn't live nearby. So he would have to come the next day. We were only there for one night.

Good location. Staff was great. Office manager was awesome. She checked us in and even contacted a location I had left my drivers license at before getting to Yuma. She asked me twice. I was confused but told her. While typing me in she was on the phone and handed it to me. Great heads up thinking. She had them on the phone while I was still trying to get the number on my phone. Thank you

Wish the room service people would have provided more of the same plastic bags used for trash can. They gave me this small sandwich type bags.

Location is very convenient with shopping and a Starbucks within walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating Fresh eggs for breakfast…big plus

The rooms need a thorough cleaning to rid the carpets of their odor. Even though it’s a non smoking facility the rooms still keep the odor. I had to change rooms because the one (149) still had that lingering odor. Was happy I was given the opportunity to change.

The location was great because it was close to the airport, close to numerous restaurants, centrally located in the city, across the street from a large supermarket, across the street from Crunch Fitness, across the street from a great athletic store and clothing store and a ranch store.

Choice of television viewing.

The only downside was their WiFi was not connected to the internet. Their staff went above and beyond to send a computer competent person to my room who got things working for a while. He explained that they were in process of upgrading the system and so this is not so much a complaint as a kudo for having someone who could solve a problem that at other motels would have been put on a list to be addressed the next day.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property, location was excellent. Breakfast was sufficient. Requested a mid week change of towels, but along with this service the carpet should have been vacuumed. Understandable Yuma is dusty, but the carpet was so filthy we had to leave our shoes on. Laminate flooring in the washroom and area and at the door, should be changed to have laminate throughout, with your next reno. Would be much easier for housekeepers to keep reasonably clean. Also the bathroom fan was caked with dirt, once a week wipe off would alleviate this I'm sure. There were about 10 chairs at the pool, more than half of them were broken. Perhaps they only put out better ones in the busy season. We do recommend and would stay again.

Laundry options. Decent pool. Very kind and helpful staff. Fridge and microwave in room. Spotlessly clean. Good curtains making it nice and dark in the room. Decent breakfast.

Feels old, even if may not be (all that much?) e.g. with carpeting. Socket at desk hard to reach. Crowded (not/barely enough space?) at breakfast, even seating-wise - very small area for such a large motel.
