My room was ready for early checkin. My room was exceptionally clean and much larger than I expected. The bathroom was huge and also exceptionally clean. Nice added touch: the greeting on the TV screen Excellent breakfast buffet. And the little snack bags - awesome. Extremely friendly front desk staff. With so many hotel choices in Yuma, I'm very glad I chose Hampton Inn. Thank you all!

Everything and everyone was wonderful! We realized we had left something behind after being on the road for about an hour and called. They were fantastic- checked the room right away, found the item and put it in the mail. It was waiting for us at the post office when we returned home!! Wonderful people!!

The only thing I can say was unpleasant is that as soon as you walk in due to the hotel accepting dogs, it gave a bad smell of poop. That was the first thing that hit me as soon as I walked in. First time staying here.

The employees are very helpful and cordial love the way they make you fell like home

Unfortunately was the car show at the same time and the people of the car show that stayed in the hotel they think they are in title to the whole facilities to themselves, blocking the handicap parking, grabbing the whole plate of cookies for the whole guests just for them!!! That’s ridiculous!!!

The breakfast was better than most, the staff was very kind and helpful

No way to hang a hand towel, only have 2 towels for 4 people staying in the bedroom. I’m sure they would’ve given us more when asked but I’ve never seen so few towels to start with

Room was wonderful and bigger than expected. Very comfotable- we wanted to stay longer! Cookies in the evening and a lovely hot breakfast. The pool was cool to the heat of the day, and the hot tub didnt disappoint. Pool towels were really really nice!

Staff was great. I had a very late arrival and your night reception was helpful and friendly. The day reception staff were also very nice. Welcoming staff is always appreciated!

Our room was especially clean and the bed was so comfortable. Checking in was fast and easy and staff were sweet. Even the cleaning lady we met in the hallway was very friendly.

Friendly genuine staff. Homemade cookies and bottled water upon arrival. Beautiful clean room. Very quiet and comfy room. Breakfast was stellar. Lots of tasty choices. Loved the eggs and sliced sausage in particular. Just a wonderful experience. 10/10 for sure.

The people who work and manage this hotel were totally focused on customer service. They were friendly and very helpful. And we mean EVERYONE. Desk and housekeeping.
