No complaints for 1 night stay.

The updated rooms were great. Complimentary breakfast was good and appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the pool in the very hot weather.

Not enough shaded areas to be outside and out of the sun.

Clean! In room coffee maker. While I prefer a shower stall, the tub shower had a safety handle to assist entry and the fiberglass tub enclosure had a centered hand grab. I do not like to slip and fall. Secondary security latch on door. Free breakfast. Elevator to third floor. Safety of hotel vs motel. The gentleman I assume was either the manager or owner was definitely in charge and runs a tight ship. A welcome change from other places with “ What will be, will be” desk clerks.

The signage could have been better for anyone trying to find the place for the first time. The TV with it’s decimal point channels and it’s inaccurate remote control chanel selections.

Musty hallways

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the entire place was spotless from the moment I walked in. The fresh, pleasant fragrance made a great first impression. My room was exceptionally clean, with a cold AC that made for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with pets. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d definitely return!

Breakfast was adequate, the staff was wonderful at the front desk when checking in.

All during the night, doors slamming in our headboard was against the wall where the doors were with neighboring rooms, so whenever they would slam their door it would rock the headboard of our bed. The sleep timer did not work on the remote for the TV, and the drain was not working, very slow so my husband fixed it.

Breakfast: Buffet-style: Sausage, Bacon, Egg-folded; Waffle-maker & fixin's; Cereals, Fridge with Milk, Coffee choices, Bread selections, including bagels, Juice-machine choices. Now that your full, the private dog park next to the pool, grass and sitting area. Why bother with an AirBnB: don't!

Good breakfast with attendant standing by. Clean tidy room. clean hotel, nice location. felt secure. close to stores and the Yuma territorial Prison State park., Nine minutes to the border. Reasonable rates.

Not liked different type of TV streaming. Coild not figure it out. would have taken too much time. Maybe OK for someone younger

I when to visit family in México and stayed in this hotel it is 30 min away from border I had a 3 months old baby and a 13 years old and it was excelente for us we travel almost 9 hours and where so tired and my baby and by the time we got there the room was ready thank you very much
