The customer service was excellent from the moment you walked in the front door. I believe they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything at all, don’t hesitate to let them know.

I feel like you need to put some type of safety mat in the shower is very slippery. I ended up putting a towel in the bottom of the bathtub so that I didn’t fall. It might be something that they might want to look into. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way

The location was perfect as we were in town for a funeral. We got to the services easily and yet we were close to many eating places and shopping if needed, Night staff {a man} at the desk took good care of us. Although we didn't need it, there was a machine to put a disabled person in the sauna or the pool. In all of our traveling, we had never seen such. How thoughtful!

The jets flying overhead and hearing the trains come into town. Despite this noise, we would stay here again.

Very comfortable and spacious room. The hotel is in impeccable condition, parking is easy, check-in was straightforward. The location is very convenient for a stop off from California heading east.

The breakfast lets the hotel down: fat and carbs are all that's available, self-service and very plasticky. A bit of fresh fruit would make all the difference.

Your representative was engaged in a side-conversation in another language while I was attempting to communicate with her. I my humble opinion, unless it is an emergency, the customer should be attended to FIRST before continuing to communicate with employees or friends. In my culture that is considered very rude.

Breakfast was good. Location great, near restaurants and river walk.

When we tried to check out, there was no one at the desk. Sign said to call a number and we did. No one answered. Finally someone noticed us and checked us out.

The beds were very comfy only disappointment we didn't have access to Movie Channels which we were willing to pay for but was not offered. Had a little trouble figuring out the TV

The young man checking us in was wonderful! He made fresh coffee for us, answered a few questions about the hotel and vicinity. The young lady who was taking care of breakfast was great. Fresh fruit & oatmeal was great!

The items provided to eat though were not so good. Rubbery egg omelets are just not our thing.

Clean, up to date, comfortable beds, clean & nice pool & hot tub area, good breakfast, staff very friendly, plenty of parking, easy access off the freeway.

I would have liked to have hard boiled eggs as an option with breakfast.

The breakfast was good and there was a wide variety of food to choose from, including eggs, waffles, fresh orange juice, yogurt, cereal, etc. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable.
