The room was mostly clean. Found trash under the chair in the corner that housekeeping missed. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was handicap accessible like we need. The breakfast staff was awesome. There were so many people having breakfast and they managed to keep everything full.

The trash missed when are room was cleaned was off putting. There was bus load of teens staying there. They were yelling down the hallway and slamming doors until late in the night.

The staff were extremely friendly , the hotel was spotless and there would be staff cleaning all day. The breakfast was very good and was different from day to day. Elizabeth the kitchen manager was wonderful. Nice location .

I’m sure this was beyond their control and it was more of a nuisance than a major inconvenience. There were these little black beetles all over the hotel , laundry room , pool , and a few would be in our room.

Staff, clean, free breakfast, felt safe, sign in bathroom about toiletries, iron and ironing board in room, spacious, nice little gym, pool towels.

The green is pretty ugly, no blow dryer.

We feel the overall value is there and the breakfasts were very good and it’s nice they are included

Sorry, I am short and heavy so the beds are too high and too soft. My husband was just fine. Other than that we like to stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Location was excellent right off the interstate, felt like a safe location. Breakfast was ok, nothing remarkable to report. Lobby was clean.

Price was very high for the value we received for a basic hotel room.

It is a beautiful, clean, hotel. My family was impressed and we loved our stay.

It would have been a perfect mark for staff but for one of the two kitchen staff members. She was quite rude. My kids take their cereal with warm milk and I asked if she could help warm their milk. She said she doesn't have a stove with her and walked away. The second employee stepped in and microwaved it for us. The woman refused to attend to my family even when my husband approached her. Aside that, everyone else was excellent.

Would love an indoor pool and jacuzzi. If it had them, I probably would’ve stayed longer.

Front desk staff is really friendly, and helpful. Everything was clean. Room was comfortable. Breakfast had good selection.

wasn’t pleased with the turkey bacon it tasted different but the rest of the breakfast was good.
