This motel is exactly what it seems. A cheap motel, with clean sheets, towels, a fridge, microwave, and AC. It doesn't pretend to be the Ritz Carlton. Some of the reviews complained of bedbugs or roaches, I saw neither. I like cheap motels. This is a great one. The sole complaint I had was the WiFi was sketch at peak hours. For $53 I can live with that. Great location, everything within walking distance. Much quieter than the $100 place I stayed in last t6ime.

Wifi

Nice room with fridge, microwave, and a good sized flat screen tv. It had a desk and chair along with a good sitting chair. Good value for the money for sure.

It's on an intersection between two busy roads. I could hear the vehicles but I was on the end next to the two roads. I feel that over half of the rooms wouldn't have any issue and I'm kind of a light sleeper. Still a great hotel with a great family dollar within walking distance.

The receptionist is didn't get her name but she was there at 8pm. On Tuesday may 20th she helped me due to a pipe breaking in my place i needed a room quickly to rest and she helped with my reservation and was quick and pilite

It was peaceful/ quiet . Laundry was convenient. Ashtrays were conveniently located. Wendys next door was great.

The bed was not comfortable, very squeaky just sitting on it. Bathroom fan is super loud.

Clean and recently refurbished room, way better than my expection. The bed was supercomfortable.

The tap of the shower couldn't be fully closed, it was annoying to hear the water drops all night.

The room was better than expected : we had two queen beds instead of one big, thank you ! It was not noisy at all while we were very closed to the road :) The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with !

Everything was perfect for what I needed. Because I am waiting on a voucher to get my place. And the staff and the room was great

The staff because every staff member I came in contact with, they were all very friendly, welcoming, positive and helpful. This gave the property a very positive and pleasant atmosphere.

There should be a security officer 24 hours a day because the parking lot felt unsafe, especially at night.

Room size was just right for an overnight stay, or even more. Bed was very comfortable, and bedding was fine. Large working table with office chair, and large dresser too. Shower was European style, with curtain, but we did not shower since it was an overnight stay. Bathroom was clean although lacking in accessory care except for soap bars. The shower had dispensers on the wall for hair care I assumed. Large TV on the wall with remote and hardcopy menu of channels, including HBO & AMC. Excellent organization at the Front Desk. You can't miss the location if you look up as you approach by car since there is a 200-foot pole supporting a large sign greeting you!

Missing a plastic laundry bag. We always bring our own.

The front desk, maids and maintenance man we're all very nice and helpful. The room was cozy and the grounds pleasant. Stayed an extra night because it was nice.

TV remote didn't work and had to be replaced.
