I've stayed here before, many years ago. The same folks have been running it for over 20 years. It's not fancy, but very clean and quite quiet. The bed is comfortable, the shower provides hot water quickly, the TV has lots of channels, there's a writing desk, and plenty of hangers for your clothes. I didn't need either the heater or the air conditioning, but I appreciated the extra blanket in case of chilly nights. There's no breakfast provided but plenty of eating options within a short distance. The owners are friendly. A good value.

The main drawback is that the Wi-Fi isn't very strong. It works for minimal requirements but could be stronger.

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Hacienda Hotel in Yuma, Arizona I have been staying there since 2019 until 2025 with the exception of the Covid closure. Quiet,I do travel solo, so I like pulling up in front of the hotel door. It is family maintained, so they do know me when I stay as a customer. I will return to this hotel on my next visit as I feel comfortable, safe, good location to my favorite Asian Bistro restaurant ,an excellent breakfast location!

I would appreciate it if there was a coffee pot in the room. No other complaints.

Outside looks ratty, ( thought the inside was too, but the inside is like a much more expensive motel that costs twice and three times as much. Clean and quiet. The property is free of vagrants and my car was safely parked the whole 4 Day stay. Every day, the room was made up and cleaned properly, and no bugs or bad smells lingered in the room

I never expected, when I booked an inexpensive hotel in Yuma that I'd get any quality. This older hotel had been completely and beautifully remodeled with lovely colors and nice furniture. It was so clean that we walked bare footed for hours and never got our feet dirty (very unusual in the average American hotel). Staff were friendly. Beds were comfy and medium hard. Air conditioner was silent. You'd have a hard time finding a $200 a night hotel this nice. And ours cost only a bit over $70.

I got this room based on price and that it had a refrigerator. It was very clean. No odors.Bed had firm mattress which works for me.

Only thing I would have xhanged: the AC wall unit turned off and on all night. Lower would have been too cold and higher would have gotten too warm.

The outside is cute as a button and our room had obviously been recently renovated. Nice and quiet :-) There's a great burger place just up the street, too!

I've gotta side with some of the other reviews... A coffee pot in the room would be so nice. We can live without breakfast; but, investing in a couple dozen coffee makers seems like a good idea for this cozy space.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Very reliable and consistent place to stay in Yuma.

There is no coffee maker in the room. I would love a decent cup of coffee. You can purchase a 1-cup pod coffee maker at Walmart for $10!

Location. Reasonable price. Sociable desk clerk. Good parking. Nice materials used for recent remodeling.

The top of the bathroom baseboards needed to be cleaned. The bottom of the bathroom door frame where it met the floor also needed attention, maybe even replacement.

The staff were amazing. The renovations are very nice but they could have also put new doors on. The new bathroom was very clean and countertops are beautiful. The lighting in the room was above any lighting I have ever seen in a motel.

The mattress really needs to be replaced. The metal frame under the bed squeaked every time you moved in bed. The microwave also needs to be replaced as the door was melted and did not feel safe using it.

I asked for a quiet room due to I'm a light sleeper and I slept like a baby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The ice machine was broken, the refrigerator didn't get cold, and there was no coffee maker or clock in the room. However, none of that mattered, I would stay there again
