I always stay at this hotel when I visit my family that lives in Yuma. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms are very clean. We traveled with our dog this time and they were welcoming to her and the price of the pet deposit wasn't unreasonable at all. They have a few big grassy areas to walk our dog. I would stay here again and again. It's close to every thing in town and my family. It's also a fair price for the room we got.

Bigger trash cans by the pet area so when people throw things away there is room. Other than that I had an amazing stay

The room was so very clean the minute we opened the door, you could actually smell the "clean" and it was a nice, peaceful smell. The free breakfast was good. The staff was amazingly kind and friendly. The hotel was quiet and parking was free and convenient. I seriously liked the ability to check in online prior to arriving, that saved so much time!!!

I had requested a few extra items during the online check in process and none of the items were in our room when we arrived. It definitely didn't ruin our time or stay there, but it sucked that my request wasn't handled the way the online offered. Also, I had to go ask at the front desk for a roll of toilet paper as our roll had run out, there should always be an extra roll in the bathroom.

Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable for a nights stay. The ladies at the registration desk were very nice. Especially the one working in the daytime. I never got her name, but she was a Rockstar!

In my room, the internet was not working. My room faced the outside of the hotel and the internet was non existent. The lady at the desk tried everything she could including calling her tech person. The tech person said he had to come and check the internet but didn't live nearby. So he would have to come the next day. We were only there for one night.

Good location. Staff was great. Office manager was awesome. She checked us in and even contacted a location I had left my drivers license at before getting to Yuma. She asked me twice. I was confused but told her. While typing me in she was on the phone and handed it to me. Great heads up thinking. She had them on the phone while I was still trying to get the number on my phone. Thank you

Wish the room service people would have provided more of the same plastic bags used for trash can. They gave me this small sandwich type bags.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property, location was excellent. Breakfast was sufficient. Requested a mid week change of towels, but along with this service the carpet should have been vacuumed. Understandable Yuma is dusty, but the carpet was so filthy we had to leave our shoes on. Laminate flooring in the washroom and area and at the door, should be changed to have laminate throughout, with your next reno. Would be much easier for housekeepers to keep reasonably clean. Also the bathroom fan was caked with dirt, once a week wipe off would alleviate this I'm sure. There were about 10 chairs at the pool, more than half of them were broken. Perhaps they only put out better ones in the busy season. We do recommend and would stay again.

The only downside was their WiFi was not connected to the internet. Their staff went above and beyond to send a computer competent person to my room who got things working for a while. He explained that they were in process of upgrading the system and so this is not so much a complaint as a kudo for having someone who could solve a problem that at other motels would have been put on a list to be addressed the next day.

The staff were exceptional. Shout out to Senia at the front desk for her warm interpersonal skills and help to us. We left a pair of shoes and between her an d Luis from maintenance, they got the shoes to UPS and had them mailed out to us in a couple of days. Beds were comfy and clean. Rooms had what we needed...frig, microwave etc

Breakfast was slim pickings. I had read about this in other reviews, but since I'm to a breakfast eater I ignored. However, my husband complained. Mealy apples and tiny muffins to choose from.

Rooms were clean and updated. They even smelled clean. Normally I don't get a good nights sleep on the first night but I slept great. I'm so glad you brought back the pancake bar. She was wonderful to make those pancakes and eggs. What a great thing to do! The staff was excellent, they were happy and excited to help you. What a great place to stay. Can't wait to go back. Noisy neighbors they were having a fight but it was over quickly.

It was. Few minutes away from our destination point. I didn’t realize continental breakfast was included, it made it so much more convenient to grab something to eat before we started our trip back to California.

The floors need to be scrubbed, there was dried urine from previous pets on the floor, I actually got down on my hands and knees and cleaned so my husband’s service dog could calm down and do her business where she was supposed to. Do t get me wrong the floor was cleaned but not properly especially since it’s a pet friendly place.

Basically the breakfast consisted of cold cereal, stale muffins, and juice. It was pretty pathetic! I have stayed at competitors and they provided a assortment of items, toast/bagels, waffles/batter, fresh fruit, cereal, juices, yogurt, coffee, danish’s. Yours was terrible! That was main reason I booked at another hotel for recent visit.

Really? Everything could be better! It was that bad. The attitude of attendant was disconnected and busy on cellphone. I was really amazed at how terrible it was! Wyndham or Howard Johnson’s you can do so much better than that!
