Great customer service just had a little problems booking my room never did before but the lady was really nice that help check she even help out on my cell phone That was really nice of her she went out here way to help me out me and my wife were very sleepy and it got busy their so it's was very nice to have kindness with staff to help out when should been my job to do all on my phone and app will be returning their again maybe next month

Room was clean bed was nice me wife got a goodnight sleep lamp shades was nice I felt like was at home private not a lot traffic or drugs going like Motel 6 in c CA El Cajon you guys run a CC lean environment and that made me and wife feel really safe and I like the that where were located I walk to Circle K and was able get me my wife something to eat and had a great parking spot up front so that made happy to my car was safe.

My room is clean and comfortable with wood laminate flooring ideal for a pet friendly room. Besides a microwave and refrigerator in my room, I had access to a huge ice machine and washers and dryers at the end of the building. I felt safe taking my dog out at conveniently located grassy areas dedicated to dogs to do their business. The pool looked inviting, but I did not take advantage. I would recommend the Motel 6 on 16th Street in Yuma, Az.

This may be my fault, but because I stayed multiple nights due to a broken down AC unit at home, I declined housekeeping, which then made it hard to coordinate getting fresh towels, and refills on TP and paper cups. 🤷🏼

the rooms are nice very clean. ice machine was broken out of service. there is a extra fee for microwave and refrigerator which is very much inconvenience. every room should have a microwave and refrigerator for the price you pay.

rooms charge extra for microwave and refrigerator. and handicapped rooms should be strictly for handicapped customers. my husband is handicapped and we got a upstairs room. very hard and inconvenient.

Very good location for my purposes. Walking distance to many good restaurant options. The front desk person was very friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean, comfortable and most importantly…cool! Very important in August.

Very minor thing is that you can’t turn left onto 16th street. You have to turn right and then come back around. Not a big deal, though.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything in the room and bathroom worked properly. The room was pre cooled to a nice temperature which is important in the heat of Arizona!

I would have liked to have been able to park where I could see my car from my room. The Denny’s next door was closed for remodeling. Truly my expectations were met and I can’t imagine anything else that needed to be improved. Good job!

For an unexpected stay, the room was clean. Staff was friendly. Couldn’t beat the price. It was just as expected. Room has a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfy. Dennys and circle k was super close. Made it convenient for food and snacks. Great for an overnight if you’re looking for a clean place to stay.

The only thing I dislike was the shower the had tub with my disability I did to left my leg to get in the tub and ti was had forme and the chair was to low for me to sit I think you guy should put shower but with no tub in the for us that are diisable it difficult if you guy can make this change it would be great

I don't like all night screaming AC boxes everywhere. That technology has been obsoleted for a long time. There is a lot of room for improvement. For example Motel 6 in Beatty, NV has a lot better central silent AC. That thing works awesome, keeps room at 70°F without noise even during the top of Summer.

I like the convenience of being right off the I-8 freeway. No pet fee is the best! Office staff is exceptional!

I have stayed here several times and never had a problem with flies! It was absolutely disgusting. Other than that the room was clean.

It is centrally located to all amenities. Much cleaner and nicer than all Motel 6's in southern California. The Motel 6's in Southern California's Riverside and San Diego areas seem to cater more to the homeless and drug addicted therefore making their establishment more undesirable. This Motel 6 is nice and clean and I would stay here again.
