The breakfast was good. Plenty of options and comfortable atmosphere to dine in. The pool was nice, liked having clean towels available in the pool area. Housekeeping was kind and efficient. Front desk workers were kind. The room was clean. AC worked great! Was able to stay cool.. even cold, when outside temperatures reached 118° (yuma, az)

Some of the pillows were hard and lumpy. Would've liked them too be softer. They kind of felt like folded up towels.

Friendly staff, nice lounge area, great swimming pool, spacious room with very comfortable bed, air conditioning effective and quiet even when the temperature was over 100 degrees outside. Provided breakfast was sufficient.

I wish there had been yogurt provided with breakfast. Not a big deal, though.

Clean, well supplied and extremely gracious staff. Only 1 complaint. NO HOT WATER FOR THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE!

The water was extremely cold in the sink and shower!!!! They have a “setting stop” at lukewarm. Even in the middle of the night there was no warm water to shower! So cold I couldn’t get the shampoo to rinse out of my hair!! Hubby warmed coffee cups in the microwave to rinse the shampoo out!.

Discount because of the Quality of the room is good for people who can’t afford to have comfortable beds upgraded furniture upgraded TVs. Remember it’s discounted for a reason however customer service was awesome the rooms was as expected to be cheap looking location is good.

Get what you pay for want something to just sleep in and keep you warm and out of harms way this is it.. it’s not bad just don’t think your gonna get comfortable beds of flatscreen TV to watch

For the amount spent, it was perfect for what I needed. Clean, room up to date, comfortable, friendly staff. And a free breakfast that was more than just a muffin.

About that free breakfast ... I had that "omelette'' four days of five days, and it's kinda nasty. The day with scrambled eggs was so much better.

The connecting rooms was a plus! Breakfast was yummy. The pool was amazing! The beds were very comfy.

The AC was rather noisy, sounded like a train passing & the one in my daughter/grandkids room was noisy as well. They worked, which was upmost but sleeping peacefully wasn't.

We loved everything about the property. The only issue we had was the refrigerator. The freezer section was icy but the refrigerator wasn’t cold. This bothered my wife way more than myself. The room was beautiful and very clean. We definitely will stay there again.❤️

This was honestly the best stay of my trip. The young woman at the front desk was so sweet. She answered my questions, and gave me a first floor room, and I didn't have to ask for it!! Major kudos. I travel solo most of the time and not having to explain about my knee was so nice. Then there was the room. It was just right. Beautiful bathroom, clean, comfortable room, and a chair to read in!!! The bed was so comfy. Just soft enough. If I go on, I'll never afford to sleep there again.😁
