Clean, well furnished roomin a good location

When I arrived, I was told by the hotel that Booking .com had canceled my reservation. In fact, the first reservation had been canceled, and a new reservation for only one night was in place and confirmed by Booking.com. Unfortunately, the hotel said that they had never received the second reservation. On a busy Friday night, the hotel was uncertain that they had any room for us. Eventually, they found one. Lots of anxiety for us.

I felt I was staying in a more upper-class hotel than we usually get for short stays. I will definitely choose a holiday in Express whenever I have the opportunity to do that. Those who are into it should note that they also have the Keurig coffee makers in the room; that is an upgrade, and I know some people are very into that.

The property was clean and close to the interstate for our traveling needs! The Staff was so kind and helped ease my worries about a charge on my card. Their beds even have bed bug covers (a huge relief for us bed bug worriers).

Great stay. The rooms were very clean & comfortable.

They could add better programming to the TV channels.

Room had good amount of space, was clean, aesthetically pleasant. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Asked for an extended checkout time which they said yes but I didn’t wind up needing.

The 2st night I didn’t have any large towels in my bathroom which I didn’t realize until I thought of washing my hair late at night. Got large towels the next day. Also toilet paper was low at the end of my stay and I had to ask for a roll. I was left an extra box of Kleenex though.

Close to highway. Hotel was super clean and comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff was efficient and friendly.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast- my go-to is always coffee and cinnamon rolls. The location was very close to where the wedding was taking place.

I was pleased overall with my stay. I chose this hotel based on the highest reviews in the area.

Clean and updated feel.

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but it’s pretty average, which is what we expected anyhow.

The room was clean and comfortable

I had trouble checking in. I was told they had let someone else check into my room. They had the same last name and that was all that was verified. It was corrected after about 30 minutes. The front desk staff was rude about the situation and never offered an apology.

Clean a lot of towels right away so I didn't have to ask comfortable beds

Pool was closed in the am so kids couldn't swim before check out
