The staff was absolutely wonderful.

The price was incredibly high because there's no other options in the area. I was in town for my nanas passing and unable to stay with family due to their lifestyle choices (heavy indoor smokers). I didn't have an option. The staff was truly wonderful and this is no reflection on them. I just wish there were some type of grievance discount for people in my situation. My hands were tied and this trip to say goodbye to my Nana cost me over $1200 between hotel, gas, and rental car (I live in Peoria, IL). I'm not the type of person that can just shake off that kind of unexpected expense.

Very clean. Comfortable bed and freshly painted. Friendly and professional staff.

Difficult from I65. Easy to get on I74.

Not being able to pull out going L. Not an egg nor bacon breakfast nor sausage and gravy breakfast nor pasteries.

Breakfast selections were adequate. Room and public areas were clean and well-maintained.

Wish the indoor pool had been open.

Location was very close to where we needed to be and close to food options. Jet tub in the room was nice. Clean and staff was nice. Made sure we had a ground-level room the morning of our check-in

Not great selection for the breakfast. Seemed a little over-priced for the room. I think the $10 extra for a third person wasn’t warranted since there was already a pull-out couch in the room.

Had a pool.

Was advised of pool being closed until after booking. Bummer. Buzz Kill......

The “fitness center” was a 5’x7’ closet with a treadmill, an elliptical and a small poorly taken care of, made in China-cable machine. The room smelled ferociously of mildew/mold.

I was not 100% satisfied

I asked for more towels and had to go outside to find help. Then she acted like I was bothering her and was stingy with giving me a set. Took forever to get hot water. TV was not giving us good service! Will not return!!

The facility was ok.

I passed several rooms that said jacuzzi tub and chose this location because it said hot tub. There was a jacuzzi tub with jets in the room, but it was not what I expected a hot tub to be.
