We stayed 2 weekends in a row and both times were amazing!! Oh the beds!! they are so soft and dreamy and the best sleep we've ever had. The rooms are so spacey and the showers are great. The washcloth swan is so cute and a nice touch. Tv stations were great but we couldn't stay awake long enough to watch it lol. Breakfast was so good and taste amazing!! The pool was so warm and very relaxing!! every time we are in Seymour we will be staying here!! The staff is so sweet and accommodating!! Thank you for a great 2 stays!!

bed was comfortable, bath vanity was generous, good shower

squatty potty- those low toilets are almost impossible for me to get up from-really hate them!. no list of TV channels (there w ere only 600 plus of them) or local restaurants . Also- need a sign out by the main road- almost couldn't find the property!!!

It was clean room

The hotel needs some kind of air freshener the whole place smells like an old closet. And the bathroom needed the shower curtain taken down and washed it had mold on it and the TV didn't work and their internet didn't work

Great location for our needs. Room was great, well-appointed and comfortable.

The breakfast attendant, in attempting to assist me with a toaster that was not working, grabbed my toast out of the toaster with an ungloved hand and then placed it back in the toaster saying, "It should be fine now."

Even though the key card system went down, the staff was awesome. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good too!

The pool is a little small, but it worked.

Stay was quiet and room was very clean. Check in was prompt. Numerous restaurants were close by which made it convenient after an 8 hour drive, didn't really want to drive more after the initial trip, so it was nice to see the restaurants close by. Breakfast was ready as described by Hotel, coffee was pretty good also.

Bed was a bit softer than I am used to, but that was honestly the only thing that was less than perfect!

We got in super late and I was so tired. The Lady working the desk was very personable and seemed genuinely caring. The room was nice and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The lady running it was professional and super sweet to my children. We enjoyed our stay!!

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. I had trouble with the authorization form from my company and her patience and support was amazing! Plus she baked cookies in her shift!! Coffee at breakfast was great. Nice breakfast selection. The place was very clean. Rooms are spacious and cozy.

Quiet, comfortable and close to the highway..

Our door had been broken at some point, door jamb was bent. Also we had an adjoining room door, I don't personally like them The adjoining room had no lock on the hallway door, which means anyone could have walked into. I brought this up to the front desk.
