Came down from Michigan for a wedding, and checked into the hotel around 6pm and the gentleman at the reception desk was very friendly and polite, helpful and probably all around the best that I’ve ever encountered at any other hotel. The hotel itself was very welcoming upon arrival and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was also really good. I also like that the location is right by the highway and it’s surrounded by restaurants and close to stores. 10/10 recommend

Breakfast was good. Room condition was good.

Even though we arrived well after the 4p check in time, the reserved room was not ready until after 7 PM. While it was understood that it was not a "handicap room," the large shower was lacking in reasonable hand support points (especially in light of the large floor slope). "Surge pricing" for this festival weekend (not the reason we were there ....) was noticeable.

We stayed overnight while traveling. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly. There are several good restaurants next to the hotel. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with lots of variety. The hotel has a small indoor pool and a nice outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.

The room and staff was beyond amazing we we stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like the staff the breakfast the room was outstanding loved how the shades kept the light out during the morning and day that made our sleep even better. I would and will recommend this hotel to others. Thank for such a giving stay!!!!

Our room was amazing. Wasn't expecting it to be as large as it was and it was so clean. Britney the lady who cleaned our room did a fantastic job, it was perfect. And Todd did a great job with breakfast he was so helpful. I will definitely stay again.

I have no complaints. Loved our visit

The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal! Better than any other hotel I’ve been to in the USA! The pool was exceptionally nice too. The beds were super comfortable. I got a great night’s rest. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again anytime I’m traveling this route.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was great as well.

We had two issues. The fridge started making loud noises around 3:00 am. We thought an alarm was going off. The other was that the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Minor issues, but issues all the same.

The fact that they had snow scrapers and umbrellas at the door to use was a great caring touch. Much appreciated. Even during a snow storm they were shoveling and salting.

Pancake maker was empty, but it was later in the breakfast time.

Rooms are not very soundproof from highway and exits. Our room was by an exit and people were going in and out of the door all hours of the night and it was loud enough to wake us up several times.

The breakfast service is really special! One of the best spreads we've ever had. Lots of offerings to suit different tastes, including vegan. Patty is a gem! She visited every table to make sure guests had what they needed, be it more breakfast casserole or travel tips. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

No dislikes! OK, they were out of facial tissues, but that wasn't a big issue.
