I loved the lady that checked us in

The morning worker was extremely rude and made up rules that made me sense. She tried to kick me out for wearing a bikini. There is literally a pool 20 feet from my room , she kept calling threatening to kick me and my husband out of the room and call the cops. Aweful. Stay. Really want my money refunded

The desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping was friendly and very efficient

The beds were very uncomfortable all of us had sore backs from them. The lighting was poor especially at the table once it got dark we were unable to see much if we sat at the table. There needs to be some outside sitting areas since all the rooms are non smoking. I'm a smoker and don't mind smoking outside the room but my legs and back will not allow me to stand very long so smoking was a problem. They had said in their site that there was an indoor pool. We were excited to be able to swim however it is closed down during the winter season which was not stated on the website. We were very disappointed as that was a big selling point for us to stay. We couldn't cancel as they have a no refund policy.

Location is really close to Clifty Falls State Park. Breakfast was really good but sight said that breakfast was served until 10 each day and it is ONLY on the weekends that it is served until 10 a.m.

The floors were really dusty, and the issue above about breakfast were the only things we didn't really like.

Breakfast was better than most!!! They also had coffee 27/7 which was a great surprise for a coffee a holic like me!! Staff was absolutely amazing..like my hometown...

Wifi was a bit choppy!!! Needs a laundry facility....

Overall this was a nice stay. We had everything we wanted in our room, including a fridge/micro, desk, dresser, table and two chairs - we only stayed one night but this would have been a comfortable "home base" for a week's stay, the room was a good size. Not fancy, but complete. The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants.

We noticed that there were lampposts in the center of the parking lot, each had an electrical outlet. It would have been awesome if we'd known about this ahead of time, we would have taken our electric car and charged it here (with our own plug and cord, all we needed was a 110V outlet). Not sure if the hotel offers this service but they should consider it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the location. Many places to eat close by.

The musky smell when we first got into the room. Not having any pool towels.

The hot waffle maker puts it a cut above the usual in the price range. The ladies at the desks were very genuine and friendly. In my case it was a bargain deal for a quick one night preparing to hike the park.

It isn’t the newest building so as can be expected there is a bit of a musty in the room. Not offensive but shows it’s age.

Staff was friendly and accommodating!

The beds weren't very comfortable. There was no iron or blow dryer in the room. There were 3 of us staying there and we only had enough towels for 2. The ceiling was cracked and there were holes in the curtains. Not very wheelchair accessible!!!! Couldn't get to the pool with my wheelchair!!!!

The fact they gave me a ground level room for my elderly emotional support dog. The breakfast was good, coffee was WONDERFUL!!

Everything was great, I was scared to stay here because of the comments, but I assure you everything was great and I will stay here everytime I'm down this way.

We only had 2 towels in the room, asked for more and they didn't have any. They were busy that weekend so no major deal
