The property was located near gas, food, grocery/shopping, and right near downtown Madison. The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel, pillows weren’t ideal but that’s the norm for hotels so I’m not knocking them for my personal preference. Shower was spacious and provided toiletries were good quality. The front desk was wonderful, coffee was stocked in the lobby… really had no issues in my stay and had a great time. I have OCD so it is very hard for me to fully relax in a hotel and this is one of the only I felt I was able to take a deep breath in… very clean!

A big selling point for choosing this location was the pool, and since the room rates are rather high I think the pool could constitute some updates. The pool itself was wonderful and clean but the deck was dirty with food crumbs everywhere which sucks when walking barefoot. There is also a very strong egg & chlorine odor and the pool gets extremely humid, more ventilation would be nice. Overall… GREAT!!!!

That was literally the only option in Madison for that weekend we visited. It's clean, feels safe, the breakfast was OK. Aldi is 1 min walk away.

The hotel charged 75$ extra for using booking.com, hopefully this money will be back in 1 month. A/C didn't even work so the room by the end of the night (morning) was freezing cold. It is quite far away from the city center. I would say too pricy. For the same amount of money we were staying on Manhattan skyscraper.

It was well kept and parking spaces were close, had a good breakfast, lots of sugary options though instead of more fruit and nutrition, but options nonetheless. We had the presidential suite for one night and it was spacious for our baby to move around. As well as for us! Swam in the pool for a little, one wall was all windows so that was enjoyable. Not far from our room either. Staff was very friendly!

More nutritious options for breakfast would be great

Nicely updated facility. Very friendly staff. Located close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. We normally like eating breakfast out but we were pleasanty surprised with the quality of the hotel breakfast and chose to eat in each morning. The cinnamon rolls were awesome! The beds were very comfortable.

Our only complaint was the vent in the bathroom was very dusty and needed a good cleaning.

Really liked the breakfast. Liked the quite time the hotel has. It was so nice and peaceful.

Was a little surprised to see a $100 charge on my credit card for incidentals. Did not know that was going to happen. Called the Hotel and was told why and the charge would be taken off...it was. Still surprised it was not explained to me when I checked in.

The hotel itself was great and our room was clean and very nice. The pool was a blessing to my granddaughter on her 7th birthday. And breakfast was amazing along with the lady that served it!

The lady who checked me in was very adamant about everything she said. And then, even when I agreed to everything, she still kept repeating rules to me. Also, she stopped n me and several other customers I noticed and was harassing about everything she could. For example she seen my boyfriend walk out to the car to get something for me and was like "There are only four people allowed in room" and I in reply told her that he was listed on the room. Then she had the nerve to ask if it was all my kids in the swimming pool, knowing I had just come in with one child. She was very nosy, very rude, and talked to me and other customers like we were children. It was ridiculous!

Very clean and the breakfast was amazing. The breakfast lady was very friendly. We booked a room with a king size bed and had a sofa bed . It was nice to have that option and such a big room.

It looked like the place needed some repairs; the door leading to the first floor from the stairs.

Staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Breakfast was good and well stocked. My stay was everything I expected it to be.

My only negative comment would be that two employees were outside smoking and when they came in they were standing inside the breakfast area talking and I never saw them go wash their hands. One of them was the one who was working the area.

It was clean and well maintained.

I’m a member of IHG and the check in attendant (female)offered another guest (male, nice looking) a much lower rate that had just joined IHG on the spot. The attendant knew I was an IHG member (member for years) and did not offer me the same lower rate. Additionally I requested that she put points on my IHG account and she didn’t do this.

We were pleased , but only was one night, We did enjoy the breakfast bar, it was one of the best we have seen at hotels we have stayed. We didn't use the gym equipment or the pool. Traveled on from there.
