Everything was perfect. We've stayed here before. We requested adjoining rooms because the family we travel with has autistic twins, and its nice to be able to have all eyes on them peacefully. The hotel accommodated and we got the same rooms as the last time we stayed. Breakfast was plentiful, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool was also kept clean. Location was excellent for what we needed and we felt very safe.

The only thing I can think of to complain about at all is the vending machines. We lost about $10 in those machines- at varying times, mostly at night and the night clerks said there was nothing they could do. Other than that, this place is great.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of our room. The hotel was very accommodating -- placing us on the first floor due to my family's physical capabilities. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast. It was wonderful!

The staff allowed unsupervised children to run amok. They were in the pool without chaperones. Children kept knocking on doors and running away. They were very loud; we could hear them from the hallways at 11pm and heard them stomping on the floors above us. They were playing in the stairwell. The parents stayed in the lobby, eating their food and drinking alcohol. We should have complained to the staff, but it felt awkward with the parents hanging out in the lobby. The staff DID acknowledge and apologize for the children's behavior the next day. We appreciated that. But wish the staff had been more firm the night before.

The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was great with several options to choose from including scrambled eggs and freshly made waffles. It is located very close to Clifty falls and about 7 minutes by car from Madison. We really enjoyed the little pool as well.

Some of the staff members at the desk were polite but not necessarily nice. The guy that checked us in (Devin) was great but the other 2 ladies would just smile without saying good morning or hello. When we checked out, we weren't asked if we had a good stay which was unusual as we were asked at every other place we stayed at before...

This Comfort Inn is in need of a face lift. It appears to be an older property.

Our first room had a musty odor. We were in Madison for the wedding of my grandson, and after the first night of our four night stay we told the desk clerk and he didn't hesitate putting us in a different room. My daughter and son in law were in a room on the third floor and the AC was leaking Condensation on to the floor making the carpet wet. I recommended Comfort Inn to them since I had stayed in several of your facilities in the last few years and was completely satisfied. Maybe the maintenance people needs to take a look at all of the rooms.

Location perfect for where I need to be when I am in town. Staff welcome was good and a follow-up call after settling into my room was nice to determine if all was satisfactory. My room was missing an iron (which I needed!) but a visit to the front desk produced one immediately for me.

Forgot to request a room away from Hwy 56 - a bit noisy but the fan in the room could run on continuous mode which helped to create decent white noise. I'd suggest a room on the backside of the property on the other end. The WiFi connection regularly signed me out across my two-day stay which was but a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was surprisingly good! I was the only one eating, both mornings...so I wondered what happened to all that prepared food when 9:00 rolled around. Hoping it goes to some organization in Madison or nearby, rather than to the trash.

I hadn't paid adequate attention to the location of this hotel, so was surprised to find it isn't actually IN Madison. It was close to Clifty Falls (where I went to walk 2 different days), but Madison was another couple of miles down the road. That meant a longer drive to get to a restaurant. A good reminder to look more carefully before booking.

Friendly, helpful staff. Pool was warm and kid friendly. Good breakfast. Gas station and Dollar General across the road. Would stay there again, just to check out Madison. Would wait for a not so busy weekend, so room rates would be lower.

That the price was twice as much because it was Kentucky Derby weekend. A friend was getting married, and we just wanted a place to stay fairly close that didn't cost so much. I guess it was due to supply and demand.

Room was clean and location very close to Madison and parks. My granddaughters and husband enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast was good.

This is probably picky but the bathroom had some trim missing close to the floor and scratches on the door. I don't really like powdered eggs, but I found other items that were acceptable.

The breakfast was amazing, the attendant was present and very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and supplied with swimming vests and pool noodles for kids. The staff was friendly above all else and very helpful.

sauna room didnt work, or i was just not smart enough to operate.

Breakfast was great!, friendly staff, helpful, clean rooms, patio area was a nice addition, kid friendly, close to attractions! Hope to return!!

Our room had a funny odor, like an air conditioner smell or something, it did not make us ill, it was just noticeable. But not enough to make us stay away!!
