Thr front desk was always staffed (24/7), and thr very large, and heavy, hotel key could be left with them. The staff always recalled what number room I was in and would just put the key back on the counter without prompting whenever I came back for a break after exploring the city. They were very knowledgeable and tried to help with some odd questions on where you find some, less-than-common, souvenir requests i had from friends back home!

The distance to the metro, with suitcases, is a bit of a walk!

A stone’s throw from the Messe/Festhalle/Skyline Plaza, this traditional hotel is perfect for your stay in Frankfurt. Just a short walk to Frankfurt’s excellent transport connections to take you around the city and beyond. Safe area. Warm greetings from friendly staff (who speak excellent English) and who are always on hand to help you during your stay. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great and included a good range of hot and cold selections, including eggs, sausages, pastries, cold meats, salads and a great cheeseboard. Cheese for breakfast …yay! I visited in winter, but if you come in warmer months there is even a sunroom and Terrace for you to enjoy your breakfast in the open air. Loved this hotel. It may not be the most modern in “large hotel decoration” style, but it is a gem of a find! Actually wondering if I should change my review so that it isn’t fully booked when I want to return next year!

The hotel was really nice! The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was really calm and very nice. The breakfast was delicious and we liked everything about this hotel. We used its parking and had no issues regarding the car (travelling with SUV). The hotel is pet friendly and there are some park lines nearby, so one can walk their dog without having to go very far away. We did not use any transport as the hotel is at a walking distance from the city center. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you!

Well, overall this hotel deserves 10 out of 10 rating due to its cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. As a frequent traveler, I can easily say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed during my Europe trip. My special thanks also goes to Mr. Stefan (the tall gentleman at the front desk) and Ms. Hilda (the breakfast lady with a big smile on her face). Y’all are just incredible people!!

I could only make a quick suggestion here: having two regular (“still”) waters as complimentary in the mini fridge would be highly appreciated. (I am aware that this is not a usual practice in Europe; but it can make your hotel way more “distinct.”)

Large rooms and really decent prices. Nice breakfast buffet. Love the terrace in the garden. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This time, my room had a bright light right outside the window, which wasn’t perfect if you like darkness for sleeping. But I was in other rooms before and there it wasn’t a problem at all.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the comfort of the bed. Everything was spotless and the staff were very friendly. During our summer stay, with warm temperatures, the air conditioning made a big difference and allowed us to rest comfortably. The location is excellent, in a quiet and charming neighborhood, close to several transport options. Highly recommended.

Only small details: Low water pressure in the shower, too few electrical outlets at the desk (requires unplugging of water kettle or lamp to get a free outlet), stairs from street level to the reception without ramp

I really like the hotel, for the staff, its location in Westend, which is a nice area of Frankfurt, its garden. It has flair, nice pieces of furniture, very cozy atmosphere. One can have a nice glass of wine in the garden.

I saw the pictures of a room in the hotel VIA Booking, and I was impressed. I was more impressed to find out that the room we got was even nicer (-: I didn't know that the rooms have a "theme" - and ours was an african wildlife theme. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! cozy room, lots of storage places, tidy and wide bathroom.

Although I've booked a room for two, it was set to one guest - one blanket, cup, towel and such. The staff was helpful to add the missing items.
