This hotel was absolutely perfect and we loved our stay in here. The hotel was beautifully done and every detail was thought out, which made it feel very luxorious the best possible way. Especially the spa area was our favourite, it was very calming and relaxing and there was never too many people. The breakfast was full of fresh and healthy options, and it was easy to get on multiple different hikes either by foot or car. Would recommend this place to everyone and we will most definitely come back!

Excellent location, and everything was clean to am exceptional level, really perfect, not a single millimeter was missed. The place is also very beautiful, I would totally recommend. The people working there are very friendly and they help you always when you need or have questions. The view from the room is breathtaking. I also loved the slippers, the spa bag with bathrobes, and in general all the amenities. Very useful and made the visit more comfortable. The breakfasts area is a corner of peace. I loved it.

I wish the Nova Spa would be open longer, earlier and later, I felt the span was in the middle of the day and I would have liked to be able to go either very early or very late in the day. I would have liked to be able to have food in the restaurant also in the evening, although there are nice places next door so it's not a problem but I would have like the hotel more otherwise. I would have liked to know that the classic room could or could not have a sofa area, which is fine but I would have liked to know to avoid disappointment.

NOVA Moments Boutique Hotel is a brand new facility with every little details just right in place. It does make a true difference that the owners are taking care of the guests on a daily basis and were super helpful together with ither members of the staff. Pertisau is a relatively small ski resort offering a multitude of activities for both couples and family travellers while the hotel is a quality retreat after a day packed with fun. Worth mentioning the breakfast with a wide range of meal choices for eveybody’s taste. Given the experience we had in this hotel we are planning to return and spend more time in this lart of Austria.

Ultra relaxing space, perfect weather and wonderful location. Added to that we had the best suite in the house. Swimming lake was a dream on a hot day. So cooling.

Positives dominate, and not much to dislike. Dog price of EUR 28 a day is steep but probably common. Absence of restaurant wasn't an issue for us as the management found great alternative solution (like late self-serve bar).

the lady at the reception was kinda reserved and not very pro-active. Eg: Due to an accident we arrived 3 hours later and couldn‘t use the wellness area as long as initially planned. We asked if we could use it the next day after check out for another 2 hours but she wanted to charge us extra. (the room was almost 300 EUR / night).

It's our 4th time at the place - but the hotel has been renovated to it's core - the architect with the input from a perfectionist team - has created a combination of functional modern with local most amazing wooden Austrian flair. The boutique hotel is best located - facing a panoramic mountain view or the golf course. The breakfast is high quality with great choices for everyone. The rooms - with very nice balcony - are bigger than before and super comfy and beautiful. The Spa is offering all you need, brand new and very spacious. All facilities are well thought through - even plenty of storage for bikes, golf bags or skies. Starting now you can even enjoy a restaurant service. And not to forget the entire team - making the experience like home away from home. We will be back again !

The hotel is brand new. I like the room with big windows and mountain views and a balcony. The room is spacious, beautiful and cozy. Spa area is a nice place to relax after skiing. Breakfasts have big variety of food, we didn’t need more. Service is great, people are hospitable.

I would hang a sign or notification on the doors of spa area to check there are no people at the balcony before closing. We were locked outside when it was -10 and it took us few minutes to find a plan b way out.

This property is impeccably produced with materials that are a joy to see as well as feel and use. From the moment you walk in, you'll be delighted with the sights, sounds, and smells around you. The staff make every effort to make your stay a delight. And no, I don't work here. It's just so rarely do I see all the details of a holiday destination unfold so beautifully. I wish I could give this place more stars.

The property, which is located close to the gondola lift, is new and spotless clean. It is beautifully designed so that the guests can enjoy wonderful surroundings in the best way. Our stay was extremely relaxing, it was one of the best weekends we have ever had. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant both breakfast and dinner, there are tables outside with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains, as well as inside in the traditional Austrian wooden interior. Rooms are very spacious and there is sitting area with a sofa indoors and a table with chairs on the balcony. Highly recommend.

The only thing was a smell of a new carpet in our room (but another couple didn‘t have it in their room).

Unfortunately hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant so in the evenings you have to search for open restaurant that would take you. Apart from that everything was amazing.
