The hotel is super clean. Even the hallways smell amazing. The bunk beds are so cute, my boys loved them. They had their own tv above each bunk. Housekeeping were so nice & helpful. Breakfast was really good.

The beds are hard & the water doesn’t get hot. I called the front desk & the man who answered was rude when I nicely asked if it was just our room or if all the showers only get lukewarm. He said they’re all that way so no one gets burned. It’s awful, you will only get cold showers.

This property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Beach access is across the street. The pool and activity areas are also very clean and fun. The breakfast is very good with great selections and plenty of seating. The property is literally right next to Walmart you just walk across the street. In the same parking lot as Walmart you have other dining and shopping options. The manager at this property went above and beyond to accommodate me with my booking and made sure our honeymoon was stress free. The girl at the front desk was a very friendly and professional woman and always smiled and recommended local places for us to try. I wish I could remember her name. She has long curly/wavy hair and I believe she said she was from Jamaica. I seen her clean with Lysol every morning at the front desk. The computers, counters etc.. You can tell she takes pride in her job and her company. Again she does have a wonderful manager. I will recommend this property to everyone and we will be back each time we come. Newer hotel with great breakfast options for the whole family. Indoor pool and outdoor pool. 24 hour tea and coffee available (free) as well as snacks offered for reasonable pricing. Easy room access using key or phone app. Best of all a short walk across the road to the Henderson Beach State Park. Beautiful white sand beaches! Or drive over to spend the day. Walkers $2; carload $6. Plenty of parking and restrooms!

Loved the hotel. We booked a King room with bunkers. With two 14 year old and 2 adults it was a bit crowded as the rooms are very narrow and the bunks are in an alcove as you walk in with bathroom in the middle and king bed at back. We bought a pair of curtains and a bar at the Walmart across the street to hang between the areas for privacy. Worked out great. There was a small refrigerator in the room so we had snacks and drinks as needed. All in all, for a last minute spring break stay it was really good!

We like the space of the room, multiple beds and TVs, and plenty of charging outlets. My wife and daughter appreciated the free coffee, and the sitting area in the lobby was spacious and comfortable. The property was clean and had plenty of lighting. Lastly, we liked the additional security of having the room key to enter the side door and to return back to our room. In addition, there are various shopping and entertainment opportunities nearby as well as being so close to the beach.

Please consider more breakfast choices, a game room/arcade, and more hangers to hang up clothing. In addition, a better mattress and firmer pillows would be great.

The young man at the front desk was not very greetable and uninterested in greeting. It was Sunday, and I do understand it's not as busy in the evenings, but his phone seemed to get more attn than the customers. We came to the desk he was on his phone, and when we left to go grab dinner and came back, he was still head down in his phone.

I liked that it was across the street from Walmart as well as Hertz car rental. Facility was so fresh and was cleaned daily. Still looks new inside. Room was nice bed was so comfortable had a great A/C. Lots of parking spaces on lot. Near many eating places. Would definitely stay here again. 🤗 Dislike that the inside pool was not very warm, and breakfast was served so early.

The breakfast was good it had something for everyone. The outdoor pool was awesome for kids of all ages. My daughter, who is 4, enjoyed herself. They even had an outdoor spot with corn hill throwing, a giant connect four game and an area for Bocce Ball I'm one of those guys that's doesn't midnusong the hotel soaps and shampoos. I'm not sure of the brand, but the products are awesome. Parking is good no matter what space you get. The location is great. Walmart is across the street while the beachch is a 4 minute drive down the street or a 10 min walk at most. The security of the hotel is nice. After certain hours, you cant enter unless you have your room key to tap at the door. The key must also be tapped when getting on the elevator to access your floor. Alternatively, if you're a Hilton Honors member, you can use your phone.

The beds are nice to look at, but to sleep on, they are horrible. You have firm mattresses, and then you have bricks, and these where cement bricks No microwaves or safes are in the room, which wasn't that to big of a deal

The kid friendly pool. The rooms were nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly and everything I requested (towels , laundry bag) was given in a timely manner. Love having access to the elevator by key . The indoor pool came in handy at night . Also loved that the pool didn’t close until 11.

The breakfast was very bland and the juices tasted very watered down . The bread didn’t fit all the way in the toaster. Also not a lot of options in the morning for breakfast (mainly the meats).

Nice new hotel. I liked the 24 hr front desk/common area/coffee&fitness center. Very clean nice hotel.

They had the warm pool open which us nice but we really wanted to use the outdoor pool because we like the cold water therapy too:) . They had it locked.. they staff acted like they didn't know why it was locked and if it would be locked our whole stay. Another lady said closed for cooler months. Kinda strange. Anyway would have liked to be able to swim outside. We like to anytime of the year:)
