The environment is so good n the room soo comfortable, gonna recommend it to friends if they staying in kuala lumpur

The utilities isn't enough, need to upgrade drinkable water, cooking utensils, iron n iron board n some more to have more homelike vibes

We book just to have a place to overnight. Since facilities and check in process were all good,so its a good choice. The room is superb nice and cosy. We have 4 person so the space is still ok. Person in charge also really helpful even we check in at night. Thank you for the good services.

I think its normal for most of the places; check in and check out are not even 24 hours. For this stay, since all ok, so I am still satisfied :)

The apartment condition is quite new, plenty of groceries and mamak stall on the ground floor, very convenient. Free parking, and the security guard are well train, they treat the lodger with very good manner. WIFI speed and coverage is good enough.

A total of RM 200.00 of deposit to pay before check in, the deposit does not refund on the spot when you're check out, you will have to wait for around 1 days to get it back. Inconvenient for the foreigner i guess. Secondly is about the location, it is quite far away from the center of KL, and quite difficult to access to the public transport, but if you have a car, then no problems as the apartment provide you free parking there.

- Good location - Clean and quiet area - Easy check in and check out - Staff allowed us for early check in without any fuss. So grateful for that - Laundromat, 7E, Zus and Nasi Kandar restaurant are located on ground floor. - Foreigner guards can speak Malay and English and are taking good care of the building.

- No microwave. Otherwise the kitchen appliances are adequately provided - No blackout curtain. Only thin see through curtains for living room and bedroom. It gets very bright in the morning. - It’s a studio unit so they made a partition to place another double bed. This section comes without any door, only separated by thin see through curtain. Hence, no A/C either.

All is good just the deposit is quite high. And the return of the deposit is over 24hrs.

The whole process from before and after checkin and checkout was awesome. Shoutout to Shekki who was on duty when I checked in. He communicated with me the moment I confirmed my reservation, till the day I checked in, and checked out. I was given detailed information on how to get there and how to get to my designated parking lot. I was included in a Whatsapp group where I could communicate with the staff as and when. All staff of Homebrickz including the Cubic Botanical security guards were friendly and very helpful. Excellent service. If you don't drive, you won't starve here. There is a 7-Eleven and a ABC Food's Corner Mamak which open 24/7, and a Zus Coffee Cafe. If you drive, you are smacked right in the centre between KL and PJ, you can basically drive anywhere easily. Excellent location. My studio apartment is clean, comes with fridge, microwave oven, an induction cooker with utensils for use, common utilities like hairdryer and iron, even a safe. Excellent facilities. Everything's so awesome, I will definitely book this place again when I come back to KL again.

A very comfortable place to stay! Clean and nice accomadation. With a pool view. The facilities all can be access with keycard. Parking is given designated spot for us during stay. Facilities such as induction cooker/microwave/water heater/tv/kettle all work. and plates/pots/utensils are complete to be use. Have working hairdryer, iron and iron board. Have Mamak/7E shop at the LG1 floor for late night muchies or to buy snacks. and soon there will be a laundry shop(in construction) Very happy during the 3 days and 2 night stays.

Muslims need to take note there is NO Qiblah sign (please prepare to find qiblah using verified apps) and sadly no laundry plastic is given. can improve on that. our mobile signals in the room we stay was abit low so hope for a guest-wifi to do some work but No guest wifi. only company wifi connected to the tv.

Apartment is spacious and well maintained with balcony and another balcony with garden and seating. Ms. Sam is very helpful and responsive for any request whenever required. Swimming pool is amazing.

Little far from public transportation and walking way is not easy, no sidewalk .
