Big room and river view. Airport Limousine bus stop in front of hotel cost 17k which is convenient upon arrival at Incheon airport.

Reception staff seems too busy that she is not friendly, we greet and smile but she doesn't smile and doesn't look at us while respond but she looks at her phone / computer. We stay for 10 nights and she only smiles once when we're checking out at the time I said thank you for assisting us to call a taxi to Incheon airport. Maybe Korea service manner is not as friendly as other countries, I think 🤔

The location was great. Most of the staff were great. Easy access to public transport/metro, about 5/10 minutes walk. Some options nearby for food. Great view and a quiet location. Really good if you need to get some work done at times like I did. I would definitely stay again - but that cleaning, though... They have to fix that!

It was mega dusty at times, though, and no matter how many times I asked for a deep clean, I did not get one. The cleaners spent about 5 minutes cleaning the room and would only vacuum if you asked for it. There was a stain on a glass that was there from the day I arrived until I left, I kept asking them to clean but it was never touched. I was there for a month so I know what I mean about cleaning. So dusty! Yet would not hoover the carpet. It was the only downside to what would have been an exceptional stay. At one point, I had to go ask for cleaning stuff to do it myself, as it was making me feel sick. Guess you can't have everything.

housekeeping comes too early, and there is no sign to put outside the door to inform them to come later.. therefore they tend to just open the door and come in while you are sleeping

We discovered it was conveniently near a bus stop and the uber ride to Goyang stadium is only 20 mins. We also loved the view of the river and the World Cup Bridge.

They don’t make up the beds. They only take out trash and change towels. We had to ask the ahjumma to make up the bed.

If you are arriving from Incheon airport, there is a bus route that goes straight to the hotel. Very helpful and is 17,000₩. There is also a bus route back to the airport. Multiple bus stops and convenience stores nearby and the walk to the subway was not too far. Beautiful view of the Han River and you can see the bridge light up.

To turn on the lights, you have to put your room card key in a slot right by the door. You need your key in there to power the lights and the toilet which is unfortunate. There are light switches for the bathroom so you can turn those lights off but not the light in the main room. To turn off the light in the main room, you have to take the room key out of the slot but that takes away all the power from the room. Would recommend to charge your phone as soon as you get to the hotel and as soon as you wake up because you cannot charge it at night.

No resturant or room service but there many resturant and supermarket around

the location is good, and the room offered allows me to see Seoul World Cup Stadium and can see Han River!

no breakfast available, should have included breakfast at least for hotel guests (can make it optional)!

As someone already commented, the pillow is so thin and easy to be flat.
