Breakfast was okay and tasted good. There was something for everyone, but it was the same choices every day. Would've been nice to switch up sausage for bacon or ham.

I had asked for services on the Tuesday of our stay. Mentioned to three staff members we'd be returning in four hours so the had plenty of time. Nothing had been done after six and a half hours away. They tried to make it up to us by coming right away so we waited in lobby. After almost an hour we went upstairs to find only one bed made, but garbage was gone as well as towels. Complained again and three people came to rectify. Unacceptable!

We appreciate that the hotel provides free WIFI and the breakfast is very good, much better than expected! The room is clean. The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. For example, we forgot to print the permit for the Algonquin Park visit. The young lady at the front desk helped us print a hard copy. We appreciate those staff members who made the breakfast everyday. Very good quality food and drinks! Thank you all!

We are happy with everyone and everything. Every staff member we met (at the front desk, at the breakfast, or the cleaning staff) was great! The only issue we came across was the card for the rooms. We had to reactivate it a few times during our stay. Thanks to the front desk staff members who were very patient and helpful! Also, we'd like to suggest that you lighten up the green H by your entrance to the hotel, which would help newcomers find the entrance more easily when arriving in the evening.

I loved the friendly staff, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was an added bonus. Breakfast was above and beyond. Eggs, sausage, hash browns the first night and baked beans, scrambled eggs, and sausage the 2nd day. The shower was wonderful, and the water pressure was awesome.

The only thing I didn't like was that we had to constantly have the door keys reprogrammed, but it was not the staffs fault it was the programming machine. Also, the top of the headboards were dusty like they got missed, but overall, great experience.

It was a very good hotel that has a great pool that can be used to relieve the tiredness of the day. The breakfast was also great with a decent amount of options. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very spacious compared to other hotels.

One thing that I had trouble with was that my key card was not working which was strange. At the end, we had to go to the reception regarding the key card and they redid it which allowed us to open our door. Another thing that I noticed was that there is only a small white curtain that can fully close which is kinda transparent, the darker curtain is only on the sides and it cannot be fully closed.

Breakfast was great. Complete and nothing more to ask for. Hot food, variety of breads for toasting, hot oatmeal, pancake -- there's something for everyone. Staff were all kind and courteous. Location is great as there are many choices for stores and restaurants. Short drive to the city centre.

There is a patio outside where group of people can eat, but I think adding a propane bbq will make the place more appealing.

The room as clean and bed very comfy. The breakfast was fantastic!!!!

They provide pet friendly rooms BUT no green space to take them out to do their business which should also include a garbage can to dispose . Also I should have been informed there was an extra $50 fee to bring our pet. That was not told to us until we checked in. I was annoyed by that and the fact there was no where to take your dog to do their business.

Everything was great except the bathroom. The toilet was so low to the floor it felt like a child’s toilet. Having knee problems, that was not good. Other than that all was good. Location for us was great. We were visiting several family members and it was centrally located for us. Had a great time. Breakfast was also good. Would stay here again if that one issue was fixed.

Breakfast was fine. We have found all hotels have tasteless eggs. This hotel the same. More care needs to be done to ensure people use the tongs provided to retrieve bread/bagels/muffins. I saw two people use their hands to pick out these items. One lady touched 4 English muffins with her hands before she picked one. Did not appreciate seeing that.

I love the rooms they are comfortable and I love that they have Dove for the toiletries supply like shampoo and all . Being close and across every store is nice walking distance if you need any shopping 🛍

The breakfast wasn't spectacular, the eggs didn't taste like real eggs. As I mean , taste like box liquid eggs and sausage tasted vegan and bland.. but overall the set up, and the rest of the food was good. Pancakes where awesome as well.

I liked the fact that they had reusable toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in reusable fillable metal bottles. Also, single use plastic was minimal. The staff was super friendly, always wore a genuine smile when addressing customers, and went out of their way to assist.

The pool could have been cleaner but looks like they were approaching a maintenance schedule on that.
