The hotel is perfectly located for an easy metro ride into Paris - 15 minutes direct line to main attractions along the Seine. Secondly, the parking garage is brilliant! Secure, at ground level and located twenty steps from the hotel. These two things were why we booked this hotel, but the garage way exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We only had breakfast on the last day but it was a decent continental breakfast. Vincennes is clean, smart and safe, with all the amenities you would want. The rooms are small but modern and clean with excellent facilities. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, particularly if, like us, you are travelling by car and don’t want to battle the Paris traffic further into the city.

Noise carried from the other rooms, but this is to be expected in old buildings and wouldn’t stop us recommending the hotel.

Two separate bedrooms for family of 4. Paid Parking available over the road, narrow passageway to get in but ok, safe and secure. Underground trains very close to hotel, Last stop on the way out of Paris, so easy to remember to get off. Lovely suburb of Paris, with some really nice restaurants and its own castle/chateau. We went to a steak place and a crepe place during our stay. Vibrant night life scene. All ok with kids ages 14 and 12. Felt safe and was clean.

Aircon seemed to be struggling during our stay, but we didn’t report it. Toilet when flushed splashes out of the bowl.

Beautiful hotel with nice n quite location. The staff were welcoming, informative, helpful. The bathroom and the room itself seemed newly renovated. I honestly had zero problems and was happy to stay there. In the morning they had a nice breakfast with pastries, coffee, tea, fresh juices etc.

The elevator was not working when I arrived, which is completely okay for me but someone else could be pissed about it. The receptionist carried my luggage upstairs, so I didn’t actually suffer from it. I was also told that I can call for help when checking out. As I said, I had no problems with it, but if you have troubles taking stairs, keep in mind that it is a possibility.

We were very happy with this hotel. It was recommended to us by a friend who had a great stay with her family - and it was even better than we expected. The best part was the friendly staff, always smiling and ready to help. We also liked our room. Although it was small, it was comfy and had everything we needed. We loved staying in Vincennes, near the metro and RER. The neighbourhood has nice restaurants, just remember to make a reservation. Great value for the price!

You could hear people from other rooms quite well. Didn't bother us though, but you should ne aware of this if you are looking for a quiet room.

super clean room and facilities, which already beyond even some other 4 stars hotel. location is lovely. RER A line and Metro line 1 are both within walking distance, easy to reach paris center in half an hour. Though the space is tight but you don't feel it too bad with two people. And the room was warm enough. Parking garage is very secured and spacious and with electric chargers (but only one for general cars, the other two are for only Tesla), located just on the other side of the street with easy access. cost 18 euros/day.

it was expected that the sound isolation would not be ideal but I think everybody noticed it so most of the time our neighbours were very quiet and we were not bothered too much by the noise. the lift is a bit tight for people with claustrophobia. I always took the stairs.

The reception on arrival was friendly, professional and helpful. Access to a car park was a top priority and we were very happy with the garage arrangements. The room, though small , was comfortable, quiet , had good lighting and good WIFI. The bed was comfortable and the small bathroom functioned well. The location and proximity to both the metro and RER is excellent . The Vincennes area is great for supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, chocolatiers, bakeries and general shopping as well as being close to central Paris by train. The drive to CDG airport is quick and easy. We will use this hotel again on future visits to Paris with a car.

The bed was large, tv had plenty channels and Chromecast, easy walking distance to the event we were going to and to several metro stations as well as restaurants (the Italian next door is lovely but needs booked in advance). The staff were wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was great to start the day.

The lift was broken, would've been handy to know this in advance as we might have brought multiple suitcases rather than one heavy one.

The hotel is well situated very close to the metro into central Paris. We were travelling back from Sarlat-la-Caneda to Calais and had an overnight stay here. Its very accessible from the main A roads going upto Calais. The hotel felt comfortable & was well furnished.

The rooms & lift were a little small so it was difficult to get luggage up to our room. The car park is across the road & costs an additional 18 euro, which did feel quite a lot considering we then had to do two trips to transport all of our luggage to the room

Location was great, right in the heart of Vincennes and near the places I wanted to visit. Only a 15-minute metro from central Paris. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. My room was comfortable with a large bed.

Overall I had a good experience, I only thought that the cleaning staff were a bit overenthusiastic to get the room done in the morning - they could have waited a little later after breakfast.

Great location, walking distance to RER A and Metro 1. A large park nearby. Very nice and useful staff, mainly the lady from the reception desk..

The elevator is broken ( we were told that for more than 2 months). The stairs are quite narrow; it is a challenge to get up-stairs, even without luggage. It would have been fair to announce this issue on the site of the hotel.
