The B&B is tastefully furnished and well maintained - the photos make it justice. The room was big, with high ceilings. The fridge, the coffee machine, the kettle and the safe certainly didn’t hurt. The terrace was a nice touch - the owner and the receptionist went out of their way to light it beautifully, when we wanted to have some wine there before bed. The breakfast was quite adequate, with fresh cakes, croissants, bread, cold cuts, yoghurt and such. One can even ask for an omelette and special coffees. On the whole, the place is well above average, and I will gladly come back, once the mattress is changed.

So, all that said, the mattress in room 34 was pretty old and saggy, and I kept sliding into the gap in the middle throughout the night. Considering the place is generally kept up to date (the cards to open the doors were recently changed to codes, for example), there is certainly hope!

Palazzo Danisi is close to the train station and the historic center of Bari. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best and most varied we had in Italy.

Hot water was missing, we could hardly take a shower even after waiting 15-20 minutes with the water pouring. Would be nice to refill the water from fridge after the first nights too. Some blankets to be used on the terrace during cold season.

Staff were very attentive to assist us with our daughter's lack of mobility. They warned us that the lift was small however her wheelchair is small so it fit in exactly and we were happy we still stayed here. On a general note, it is not ideal for persons with a disability as you have 3 high steps to enter the building, otherwise, it is an excellent upscale b&b with excellent staff to help you and a great breakfast variety, I would stay here again without a doubt.

I liked everything, the location, the level of cleanliness, the friendliness of staff, the space of the rooms, the style and furniture in the room, the tea and coffee station in the room, the breakfast, the breakfast the staff left at my room because I was checking out before breakfast time. I communicated with Claudia at the front desk who was so sweet and accommodating.

This place is amazing! I'll start with the warm welcome. Extremely kind, welcoming and smiling people. Right from the start we were made to feel like we were visiting friends. The rooms are very modern, clean, spacious...Bathrooms too. The bed is extremely comfortable! There is a wonderful terrace on the roof where you can have your morning coffee. The breakfast is great, there is something for everyone, and the ladies made us the best cappuccino in all of Bari. The location is close to the station, from where you can go to the neighboring cities and at the same time 5-6 minutes from the center. Really, we couldn't have asked for more for our stay! Everything was perfect.

I loved everything about Palazzo Danisi - the room, the location, the atmosphere, and the staff! And I would definitely recommend this place for staying! At the top of the building there is a nice terrace to sit wit the coffee as well. The staff is really friendly and helpful! They give 100% of themselves! We came earlier and they allowed us to stay and leave our luggages. At the end of the journey they also printed my ticket for the flight which was super helpful! It is absolutely amazing place to stay very beautiful and clean and I would definitely come back there when traveling again to this city.

It’s not that I didn’t like something. But I think that the area for breakfast is a bit tiny and narrow and could be a bit more spacious and intimate..? So that people could sit and feel more comfortable. Also, I would prefer self service for food and drinks making. It would be perfect if there were some hot meals as well like scrambled eggs some bacon etc. But other then that everything was really perfect and people working there were super kind and helpful! They are the best!

Modern B&B facility, with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Location is about 15-20 mins walking from the old city town.

The room was quite noisy, we could hear almost everything from outside. The bathroom smelled of dampness, bearing in mind that the floor is made of wood, like the rest of the room.

Excellent stay / super friendly and very helpful staff! The room was auger clean and a great space! The rooftop was very nice and also a great spot as I had to do some work. Its located close to the train station which made it very easy for us to catch an early morning train. (They even prepared in advance a little breakfast for us since we would have missed it in the morning). t’s also not too far from the center either - 10 min walk. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Very nice boutique hotel. Had the suite for our family of 5. It was great. Nice breakfast but I expected more. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast could be better. Add some hot dishes. The lady made her very best, but a bigger staff might improve service. But it was OK.
