The B&B is tastefully furnished and well maintained - the photos make it justice. The room was big, with high ceilings. The fridge, the coffee machine, the kettle and the safe certainly didn’t hurt. The terrace was a nice touch - the owner and the receptionist went out of their way to light it beautifully, when we wanted to have some wine there before bed. The breakfast was quite adequate, with fresh cakes, croissants, bread, cold cuts, yoghurt and such. One can even ask for an omelette and special coffees. On the whole, the place is well above average, and I will gladly come back, once the mattress is changed.

So, all that said, the mattress in room 34 was pretty old and saggy, and I kept sliding into the gap in the middle throughout the night. Considering the place is generally kept up to date (the cards to open the doors were recently changed to codes, for example), there is certainly hope!

The reception by Claudia was perfect. She was very friendly, efficient and professional and kept in contact with us the entire 3 day stay. Strong security protocol so we always felt safe coming and going. The room itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds, pillows, towels - all clean and comfortable. Quiet rooms. Very close to everything you need with a quick 15 - 20 minute walk to Old Town. Lots of great restaurants close by that Claudia gives you a list for.

The walk from the train station was very quick but this part of Bari was not very clean.

Palazzo Danisi is close to the train station and the historic center of Bari. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best and most varied we had in Italy.

Hot water was missing, we could hardly take a shower even after waiting 15-20 minutes with the water pouring. Would be nice to refill the water from fridge after the first nights too. Some blankets to be used on the terrace during cold season.

All was wonderful. Staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel and room super clean, good location. All really excellent and we would stay again.

The mattress dipped a bit though so wasn’t super comfortable. The mastic along the shower and sink need sealing again as water leaked through a bit so we had to put a towel to protect the lovely wooden floor.

Excellent facilities. Clean, bright and modern features in a great location. Breakfast was comprehensive. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dietary needs were met. The terrace was a nice place to relax at the end of the day with some vino.

I liked everything, the location, the level of cleanliness, the friendliness of staff, the space of the rooms, the style and furniture in the room, the tea and coffee station in the room, the breakfast, the breakfast the staff left at my room because I was checking out before breakfast time. I communicated with Claudia at the front desk who was so sweet and accommodating.

Staff were very attentive to assist us with our daughter's lack of mobility. They warned us that the lift was small however her wheelchair is small so it fit in exactly and we were happy we still stayed here. On a general note, it is not ideal for persons with a disability as you have 3 high steps to enter the building, otherwise, it is an excellent upscale b&b with excellent staff to help you and a great breakfast variety, I would stay here again without a doubt.

This place is amazing! I'll start with the warm welcome. Extremely kind, welcoming and smiling people. Right from the start we were made to feel like we were visiting friends. The rooms are very modern, clean, spacious...Bathrooms too. The bed is extremely comfortable! There is a wonderful terrace on the roof where you can have your morning coffee. The breakfast is great, there is something for everyone, and the ladies made us the best cappuccino in all of Bari. The location is close to the station, from where you can go to the neighboring cities and at the same time 5-6 minutes from the center. Really, we couldn't have asked for more for our stay! Everything was perfect.

Modern B&B facility, with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Location is about 15-20 mins walking from the old city town.

The room was quite noisy, we could hear almost everything from outside. The bathroom smelled of dampness, bearing in mind that the floor is made of wood, like the rest of the room.
