After speaking with a supervisor I received finally expected service. My room update was necessary I am grateful to a manager for it.

Unfortunately I tried to book a room per telephone and lady told me they are fully booked, it was not true. I also received very poor room at the beginning and only after speaking the a manager very kind and prepared lady I received what I was expecting at the beginning.

Breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients, size of the room was really satisfying for a family of four, staff were eager to find solutions to your questions, parking and baby bed were freely provided, hotel is close to one good water park and shopping mall. There are also child play areas where it is possible to play table tennis and there are various children books and toys in the -1 floor. Overall it is a hotel I can stay again if I stay around the same area

We love the place, so clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great too many choices—beautiful view of the Zurich lake. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The only thing we don't like is that we need to leave early to go to another place. I would love to stay more and relax. Highly recommended!

It is a bit far from Zurich City. But if you like a quiet place away from the city, you would love it.

Basically it is a seminar hotel, with nice & clean rooms, a few restaurant options and a casino within the bulding, in walking distance to train station (5-10min) and also -along the lake- to beautiful Rapperswil (50-60min); easy to reach by car. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

all good ((maybe I withnessed an unusual day, but the coffee machines at breakfast might deserve a little more attention as there was too little machines for too much demand and consequently the water and milk containers ran empty several times))

Nice and clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Parking included. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices both salty and sweet of good quality. Availability of 2 restaurants inside: I tried the Japanese one which was good. Gym equipped with cardio maschines but not so many weighs

Pillows too soft and not really comfortable. More weighs in the gym would be appreciated.

The hotel is spacious, cozy and clean rooms, great breakfast, there is a good free sauna area, free soft drinks in the mini bar.

When we arrived at Lake Zurich and booked a Panorama room, we were given a room with a messy balcony overlooking a busy intersection with traffic jams. This was disappointing.

The hotel is very good. Great view for the zurich see. Breakfast is very good, also location, near a mall, shops, and restaurants. They allowed us to stay intul 2pm because we were travelling to Brazil. Very nice employees. IS the second time we stay there and will come back.

free parking included, breakfast was nice overall. Location right next to Alpamare and very quiet. The bed was huge and we had a small terrasse overlooking the lake, that was very nice (we were on 3rd floor).

breakfast was nice overall but some croissants seemed to be from the day before... not very fresh and scrambled eggs were cold, too bad. We had dinner at the restaurant OLEA and everything was fine except the service.. indeed we had to ask 3 times to get a beer and we also asked several times the wine list that never arrived so could not order wine. The service was also extremely slow... it felt it took forever to finally have our plates. When at a restaurant with small kids you don't want to spend ages waiting as this is not very convenient.

The facility is beautiful and in a great location - near the train station to the town of Rapperswil. The hotel had some issues with the air-conditioning of our original room but they accommodated us in a different room and gave us a meal voucher. Very nice staff.

It is located close to the train station which helps if you are using public transport. The breakfast was really good and a huge choice.

Possibly some of the views are not that great. Really depends on which room you are staying in.
