The property was very beautiful and spacious, it had a luxurious feel. The staff were lovely, very approachable and friendly especially Omar who was working in the kitchen as well as Haykel and Sofien at the front desk. Everyone was very helpful! I was able to book a few activities with the hotel, it was fairly priced and we really enjoyed our time. I felt very safe at the hotel, thanks to the lovely security team (who were also very friendly and keen to help with anything). There were taxis stationed right outside the hotel which was useful as we didn’t have to wait around for one. Also there was always some sort of entertainment going on at the hotel which meant we were never bored if we decided to stay in.

It was slightly dim/dark in some areas of the hotel especially in the corridors and in the reception area under the stairs. The WiFi in my room was very weak, I was on the 5th floor however I spoke to other residents and they also found it to be weak although they were on the 1st floor. In the weekends the restaurant opposite the hotel would have live music that would go on past mid night, it was extremely loud and so meant we didn’t sleep well those 2 nights. However, the staff at the hotel were very proactive and was happy to change our room to the other side of the hotel to reduce the noise disturbance.

The staff, especially the owner and the guest relations manager , were extremely professional, friendly and kind, this is what every customer wants and looks forward to receiving and they have successfully made that happen so thanks to the amazing, professional and kind staff. The food was delicious, the area is clean, the pool and the club added a big value to our experience. I recommend as it is an amazing hotel. The room is relaxing and clean, suitable for anyone wanting to sleep and relax. The atmosphere is friendly and ambiant, we liked that! The parking is spacious and that is an excellent feature.

The swimming pool hours can be extended beyond 6pm especially the indoor one, during summer. It is a minor detail and does not affect the overall great experience!

Everything! The staff was kind, professional, and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. also I want to say everything was very, very good about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. I especially want to thank the Receptionist Fathia, Wiam and Mokhtar. also Zohra who cleaned our room perfectly every day. Every one of them deserves a 10/10 — they truly made our stay memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip President Hotel in Hammamet, Tunisia. The reception staff, especially Fathia and Iskandar, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The stay was comfortable, with excellent food and assistance readily available whenever needed. I particularly enjoyed the amazing activities like horse riding. Highly recommend!

Our room on the 5th floor had a partial view of the sea and directly above the primary pool. With our ten year old daughter the secondary pool with many slides was a big bonus. Food selection at breakfast and dinner was excellent though the quality of the food was marginal. Extremely loud dining room with many children. Plenty of sun loungers though need to get out early in the day. The two ladies at reception did a great job in the midst of hectic check-in. . The beach was clean with many lounge chairs and umbrellas. 100 meter walk from the lobby across the street.

Mr. Sofiene, Front Desk Manager with a happy wish and a smile assisted us to get an excellent room with spacious balconies and have beautiful views on the swimming pool. We appreciated that so much. You will find a friendly and vibrant staff full of energy, the reception staff, are very helpful and courteous. The restaurant offers amazing food you will never forget your stay. The hotel is very close to the beach and many near activities In one word, it is a comfortable and pleasant hotel where you will feel positive and happy. I recommend this hotel, and for sure we will come back.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even during the busiest hours – truly impressive! I also really enjoyed the pool area; it was clean and relaxing. My bungalow was well-organized and nicely presented, which made my stay even more pleasant.

The only small downside was that the price felt a bit high for just a half-board (LPD). Next time, I’ll definitely go for the all-inclusive option!

1/ the staff starting with mr. Sofien (front desk manager) who was very personal and considerate , he assisted us booking our preferred room , he assisted us with our luggage and left us a beautiful handwritten note in our room , until last minute he insisted on offering us a small candy as a souvenir funny but meaningful . 2 / reception staff , facilities staff are very helpful and courteous they are ready to assist you with anything and greet you with a happy wish and a smile , wherever you are at the hotel they are there and at your service . 3 / location of the hotel is 10/10 amazing facilities nearby and entertainment spots. 4 / cleanliness is good and balconies are spacious and have beautiful views. 5/ rapport quality price is wonderful and very convenient 6 / I felt positive vibes and happy atmosphere better than so many other 5 star ⭐️ hotels in Tunisia .

1 / I wish I stayed longer there was no availability even though staff were of a tremendous help. 2 / some smell was coming from the toilet due to no proper ventilation did not affect our stay much anyways . 3 / disco restaurant opposite to the hotel stops loud music from the 60’s at three in the morning annoying . 4 / I wish to find room service and house keeping next time we come back to the hotel . 5 / some amenities could be put like toothbrushes for example .
