The staff was super nice, the food was really good, the hotel was amazing The rooms are very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most The view you get from the room is very pleasant looking out on all three pools and the ocean, which was very clear and blue. Even if you want to exercise a little on your vacation, there is a tennis court, basketball hoop, and even just walking around outside by the hotel or by the beach. Overall the best hotel you could go to in Tunisia.

Multiple swimming pools. Comfy room with amazing views. Restaurant was very clean and the customer service was excellent. Great food, choice of bakery, pastry, pasta, sea food, and meat. Freshly made juices that taste so natural. Reception and holet staff very helpful and welcoming. Few attractions around hotels such as tenis, mini golf, zumba, darts, etc

According to the website, the gym is included. In place, you need to purchase it separately. Gym poor equipment and no AC. The manager of the hotel helped us solve this issue. However, we had to complain about the incorrect information on the website.

I’m speechless indeed and I think no words are enough to describe how fantastic this hotel is! It should be rated 7 stars hotel. The service was absolutely amazing, the room was very comfortable, fancy, and spacious, the facility was family friendly and very welcoming. Also, the food was super delicious and there was a huge variety of selections. Finally, I am very thankful for Mrs, Hana, Mr. Makrum and Mr. Saber, they were absolutely wonderful and very helpful, and assisted us in all our needs. I highly recommend it and absolutely it deserves every cent! Royal Azur Hotel will be the first of my list when thinking of Hamammat. I can’t wait to visit it soon. بالعربي جرب وادعي لي

Everything is perfect nothing to mention

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, pools, beach area, and lobby. Luxurious all around. We were upgraded to a business suite (for no particular reason, they just generously offered it) for no charge and the bathroom, sitting room, and bedroom were modern & very clean. We loved the room. The hotel is in a touristy location right on the beach and close enough for a walk to the Medina. There are incredible views of the ocean from the swimming pools. The staff was helpful and the cooks & staff in the buffet restaurant are to be commended for their incredible spread.

Food options are highly limited: it's either the expensive (but awesome) buffets or room service. That's all. No a-la carte restaurant or cafe for simple, smaller meals. Our booking included breakfast - a fantastic, over the top buffet- but not lunch or dinner. We didn't know when booking it that we should have chosen a booking that included dinner, because once you get there the dinner buffet is significantly more costly if you have to pay per night (40+ Euro per person without beverages). It would have been helpful for this to be been clearer during the booking process.The hotel uses a color coded bracelet system for entry into the buffet meals so you wear the bracelet during your entire visit as if you're at an amusement park.

Zainab in client services was exceptional , welcoming us with her friendly dimpled smile and looking after us from the moment we arrived. She kept in touch via whatsapp and in person. The hotel is lucky to have her. We were treated to a free upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise. We received bands which gave us access to all the extra activities and facilities at the sister hotel next door which was busier so we were happy to be at our quieter hotel with more spacious grounds. The hotel is on a beautiful beach with supermarkets and rows of cafes and restaurants right outside the hotel front entrance. The medina is smaller than other cities but still lovely and only a short 15 min walk along the beach promenade. I recommend including Hammamet and this hotel in your visit to Tunisia.

In all hotels in Tunisia they allow guests to claim pool or beach loungers by placing their towels down early morning but they are gone all day. Some never came back at all as we were sitting close to many empty beach loungers with towels. They should take a lesson from hotels in Thailand and elsewhere where the towel is removed from the lounger by the hotel after 30 minutes if you aren't there. It works well this way.

A Perfect One-Stop Vacation! 🌴☀️ This is my 4th year on a raw booking here This hotel truly exceeded all expectations The food was absolutely the best thing ever fresh, flavorful, and always a great variety. Everything was sparkling clean, from the rooms to the public areas There are multiple pools and a variety of facilities, it’s all right there. Parking was easy and secure, so I didn’t have to worry about the car at all. One of the biggest highlights was the beachfront – next level clean and beautiful. Soft sand, clear water, and the staff provided everything we needed at no extra cost. The entire atmosphere was calm and relaxing, ideal for a real getaway. At night, there are fun activities that wrap up on time, so you can still enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. And waking up to the sunshine streaming through the windows was the perfect start to each day. This place truly has everything you need in one stop. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a hassle-free beach escape!

The only downside was the elevator it was small, outdated, and painfully slow. When people had luggage and during busy hours you had to wait for ages just to get a ride. Definitely something that could use an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel’s high standards.

The location was perfect it was close to the centre of Hammanet that we could walk to almost everyday along the beach. The hotel looks and feels very luxurious. It’s absolutely beautiful. So many places to sit around the 3 beautiful pools including seating inside and in lots of shady areas. Lots of umbrellas too. The 3 bars made up some excellent drinks. The rooms we had were one bedroom suites with an amazing view. They were so spacious it also included 2 bathrooms. The beds were king size and very comfortable. The beach is nice and the water was so warm. Lots of seating on the beach with a pool bar and food all day long. We had the breakfast and dinner option, the food was plentiful and so many choices and it was so really nice that we only went out twice to eat in 10 days. The staff were very friendly always greeted you with a smile and always willing to help. The one person who stood out was Zayneb Mrad in guest relations. Zayneb arranged all our tours and also gave us such good advice as to where to go and what to see. She was excellent. We used the spa and their service there was great. Our holiday was so perfect and I think the combination of this beautiful hotel, the staff, the food, made it a holiday to remember. Thank you Zayneb and your team, keep up the good work.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at everything from staff to facilities was exceptional, as soon as we arrived, welcome drinks were given then onto the room 2508 which had an amazing view we were taken up by porter whose name was Chokri who was so helpful gave us so much information regards to excursions etc also the beach was heaven and the worker on the beach named Marwan did not ever stop to please all the guests. We had paid for half board, and the food was amazing, and the service too i could not fault this hotel for anything. I would give this hotel, including all staff 11 out of 10

Honestly I cannot fault this hotel

I recently stayed at the Royal Azur Hammamet Hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. First of all, the hotel is very clean and spacious, with a beautiful design and well-maintained facilities. The location is also excellent, close to attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The service was truly five-star—the staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you for the lovely upgrade from a standard room to a suite! This was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach in front of the hotel was amazing—clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing. The sea was clear and inviting, adding to the overall luxury feel. Overall, I highly recommend the Royal Azur Hammamet Hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality—I would definitely return!
