High quality hotel in the town centre, with outstanding hospitable staff in every position. The rooms are well maintained and kept spotlessly clean by friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options - the daily cooked vegetable dish was always delicious. Wifi in Tunisia is typically patchy but the reception staff were quick to offer a great solution to me. The staff were really accomodating and allowed me to select a room after I found rooms by the street to be noisy with the traffic. Walking distance to the Medina and waterfront, surrounded by shops and cafes - in the centre of the town's commercial daily life.

There is no outdoor space to relax and my room facing the back of the building was quiet but never saw any sunshine. It's a great town centre hotel of the type I was delighted to find when travelling for work. Ideal for a few days exploring Hammamet but perhaps not quite what I wanted for a week summer holiday by the sea. Not the fault of the hotel of course - it was exactly as stated. A lesson for me to book a more touristy hotel with a pool and outdoor space when that's what I'm looking for.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Khella. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I felt welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned — exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything was within easy reach. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hammamet!

The welcome late at night was very nice. Breakfast is amazing, with plenty of options and a chilled environment, perfect when you have just woke up. The service is outstanding. Hashm, the receptionist in white shirt and black English tie is superb. He showed real interest in my plans for each day of my stay and not only organised a few nice trips at reduced price, but also helped me negotiate fares with taxi drivers. Anything you need, ask HIM! You won’t regret. I will definitely come back as I felt like being at home.

All the staff is super kind, I arrived very early in the morning and they gave me the room and something to drink. The location is really good in the town.. near the medina, near the bus station and louage station. The room was really confortable with all the facilities (also the hairdryer). The bed is good. There are italian channels in the TV. All the building is nice: reception, bar, breakfast room. Breakfast also is good and wifi works well. They accept euros. The price is really good for the quality they offer.

During the first night there was a big mess on my floor at 3.00 and I couldn't sleep. The second day, I had no hot water in my room, I told it the staff and they said it was fixed but when I checked out the temperature of the water was still cold or no good for shower or shampoo. Even if in the description of the hotel is specified that credit cards are accepted, I couldn't pay with the card but only cash.

Perfect stay. We booked last minute as we decided to visit Hammamet and it was the best hotel during our trip in Tunisia. The staff is all super kind and helpful, from the receptionists to the amazing cleaning ladies and breakfast hosts. They got a great team. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower pressure and temperature was perfect. The room got cleaned daily with beds made, fresh towels etc. Breakfast was good too, with fresh orange juice, and it changes slightly every morning. Location is right on the middle of the main street and close to the beach too. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff was very welcoming, easy going and very generous. They accepted all our requests and even recommended us some activities to do and beautiful places to visit. They helped us secure a very comfy and safe spot in a café shop for free on the hammamet beach. It’s a perfect hotel for families, its location is great as well, so we could walk to the beach and the city center at night. Last but not least the room was big, clean with good AC and the breakfast was a true bliss with la Citronnade and local sweets ans food

The hotel is perfectly located in the main road of the town, close to everything and about 5 min walk to the beach. The staff members were very friendly and always ready to help with whatever you needed: luggage, information,... The room size was good and had all the necessary. The bed was very comfortable. The hairdryer was in reception though. The breakfast was the best I had in Tunisnin 10 days! Full of choices ans well cooked dishes: rice with chicken and nuts, special omelette, grilled vegetables, sweet chocolate crepes, all kind of cheese and jam, salad, butter, yam, natural juice, patisserie,... when I arrived they gave me a natural tissane and typical sweets for a warm welcoming, I very much appreciated.

To say something, they don't have an elevator so if there is noone to help with the luggage that's a bit hard.

Hotel Khella is a very nice,cozy and well located hotel. Mr Hasan has helped us with every thing; shuttle transfers, local guidance, first aid etc. The staff in general is very helpful and kind. rooms are very clean, breakfast is with plenty options, i miss already crepes, croissants... I couldnt imagine a better location, Khella is in the center, close to restaurants, fort, Medina, supermarkets and beach (max 10 minutes walking distance), beautiful beach by the way. A local restaurant recommended by Mr Hasan ''The Tahrir'' wihch serves delicious local food for reasonable price should be tried at least once. All in all i want to thank again Mr Hasan and all staff for the pleasant stay.

I loved Hotel Khella..it’s an absolute gem..super stylish little boutique hotel..loved the details and stylish interior design..it was like an oasis from the noise outside. it was lovely on check in to be met with a tea and little pastry and they have a beautiful Collection of great coffee table books..it’s like being in a gallery or art gallery shop, staff were very helpful and professional and I wanted to mention that even the cleaning staff were very warm and friendly which I loved!!

It is clean! clean! clean! even better than the 5 star hotels in other cities in Tunisia. The bed and towel are properly washed and arranged. I feel comfortable with using them. The toilet is clean. And the breakfast place is clean! No sticky floors, no blur glasses, no small pieces of things on the floor. Totally enjoyable breakfast. Perfect location, in the heart of Hammamet. Close to any places around. Very friendly staff also.

Nothing. The heating could have lasted longer in the morning.
