Well my partner and I were the only guests for our first week (beginning of the season) and only saw a few other guests the second week so lovely and quiet to be honest. Mehdi was a knowledge of information and most helpful. His trip to the Roman water temple and abandoned village was a great trip out and hassle free. The staff were friendly and helpful where they could. I may not have enjoyed our stay as much if the hotel and apartments were full but we enjoyed our fortnight there. Thank you all.

Nothing really we asked for a kettle and were given one no problem. There was not really anything we did not like on our holiday here.

The location was perfect, the premises clean and confortable, Staff very friendly. Mr.Mehdi, is very friendly and cooperative. My family really enjoyed the stay. We will be back for sure soon.

The manager Mehdi was kind enough to collect us from the airport. He was most helpful throughout our stay. We rented an apartment with a kitchen, having two balconies overlooking the swimming pool. We'd stayed previously in the hotel and knew the location well for shopping, restaurant facilities etc.

Unfortunately it was Ramadan when we visited and many local facilities WERE CLOSED during the period.

The building is beautiful with a huge pool that included a kids section and seating section in the water. The location is fantastic just a short private walk to the beach and plenty of delicious restaurants surrounding. The best thing has to be the staff, it’s a family run hotel so they know everything around and just want you to have the best time. There is a bar in the hotel where you can also order food that’s delicious and a good price. This hotel and the staff made our stay in Tunisia incredible and could not have asked for more.

I was skeptical to book as some of the comments were very off-putting but the nice come comments I read finalised my decision. I don’t understand why the hateful comments. The property is as show in pictures if not even better. Very clean and comfortable all staff are very attentive should you need anything. Always smiling, always happy. Mehdi and all staff present go above and beyond for all visitors in the hotel. Food is prepared upon request and dinners where arranged for all visitors in the evening. For the price you can’t go wrong. Everything is as your feet, restaurants, shops, beach. Everything within walking distance and if you wish to explore further taxi is available. People should lower their expectations and appreciate hard work and honest efforts.

No complaints.

The privacy, the light in the rooms, beds quality, good white bed liners quality, white towels, the cooker quality and the water service. Euros accepted and flexible payment methods. Pick up from airport service, provides touristic information and advice.

The cleaning, supply some products for short time visitors. Have some hungers at the wardrobes, have some mats at the bath room and shower.

Great place. Spacious and comfortable. Really nice swimming pool area. Great value. Great location too. Close to the Beach, cafes, restaurants and markets if you want to use the well-supplied kitchen. Nothing to dislike. Mahide made our stay very enjoyable. All of the staff were very helpful.

It was lovely. Location was great. Has shops right in front. The hotel was lovely. Mehdi, the receptionist was really helpful and spoke good English They had towels.

Soap wasn't included and we had to request one. I wish toiletries were included. There no dishwashing liquid or sponge to wash the dishes if you use them. No bin the kitchen.

Everything was excellent.. The massive apartment, facilities, huge comfy bed. Great location, lots of restaurants & supermarkets nearby, close to the beach 🏖️ amazing value for money.. but what makes this place extra special are the staff & Mehdi who go the extra mile to make your holiday the best it can possibly be & always with a smile :) loved it..

I cooked my own food and eaten in the local restaurants. Mehdi and his team made a delicious meal one night with all the guests in the hotel and it was delicious meal and a great way to make friends with people from around different countries 👍
