The staff were all fantastic. They always greeted me with a smile and did everything they could to make my visit special. Being the only English person there, I never felt alone. The entertainment team was always positive and enthusiastic. The pool was lovely. Reception listened to my requests and did all they could to help. The bar staff knew my tipple after the first day. The restaurant staff had a hard job, but always gave me a smile and helped me, due to my limited walking. Just a smile to everyone brings the same reaction. They are wonderful people.

The rooms were tired, the shower wall had peeling paint and there are limited sockets, but it was always clean. You get what you pay for - but then you should only go to your room to sleep anyway.

I found a piece of paradise here, in Hotel Menara in Yasmine Hammamet which is designed in Arabic-Andalusian style with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and solves everything you need. I especially grateful to Mme Hanen, the receptionist. There is a nice balcony in the room. By the way, the room is very comfortable and has a double bed, a TV, a refrigerator, a desk and a big wardrobe with a mirror. The wooden furniture is not new but reliable. In the morning you will have a tasty breakfast at a restaurant which has a big variety of food. If you are looking for quick relax and feeling happy and calm, come and stay at Hotel Menara. You will be satisfied with the best prices and excellent service! Thank you very much for everyone who is creating such a great time for the guests!

The only thing I didn’t like was the music that played a little bit loud on site between 12-16h.

Very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and the food was very tasty. The hotel was spotless and immaculate. The warm indoor swimming pool was a nice touch. Bar area was a great place to chill. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay!

The food was served on a plate, which is fine, but defeats the whole purpose of 'All Inclusive' option. The pillows were a bit lumpy and could do with new ones.

The staff at counter Abdul Olfa and Hanan such sweet people. Always asking if I was OK.. staff in kitchen would do all .of a dish wasn't on ..they would make it for you. Coffee was served alday big thanks to Director Mohammed he made sure we was comfortable.. I see some people writing the hotel isn't good etc ..but if you want to pay 100 pounds a night yes there is better .this was 50 pounds all inclusive...nowadays you can't get a bed and breakfast Menara is my 1st choice in Tunisia..

Maybe we could have better pillows and WiFi better speed . But again no big deal.. as price is peridot and facilities are awesome 👌

The hotel is dated but it’s clean and had everything it offers on the website. The stuff are very friendly and helpful.. there a beach around 10-15 mints walk from the hotel. The food was great and diverse. There is a fridge in the room.

There are no entertainment especially in the evening The location is far from the town centre and other part of Hammamet, a single journey to city centre could cost you 7TD during the day tariff changes at midnight. Will be nice if there are hangers in the bathroom.

Great price/value ratio. Comfortable rooms, pleasant showers, good beds and pillows. The pool and its bar were also pretty nice. The hotel's proximity to a rather lively street with restaurants was a good detail.

It was strange that cards were not accepted. The breakfast was much below expectations in terms of variety, taste, and hygiene (there was a fly in my croissant and the coffee was impossible to drink).

Good food and restaurant staff! Very friendly male reception guy in the evening, goes out of his way to accommodate your needs! Clean and comfortable.

Breakfast, not much choice, had to queue for ages to have an omelette cooked as only one person cooking them ! Room ok but could do with repaint

Bar is air conditioned wich was vital in the heatwave as is the reception area, kept very cool and comfortable 😊

Excellent value, nice staff, nice pool, AC and heating. Breakfast was excellent (except of the coffee and the juice, but that's a nationwide problem) and dinner was quite a good buffet.

It is a little bit rundown. Things like the paint coming off in the bathroom and a missing placement for the shower blotch the picture of a good hotel. But considering the price and overall comfort/staff that is complaining without reason :-)
