It was a very clean hotel and the staff there were very nice and the room was beautiful and very clean and equipped with everything and the food was also very good I confirm but that this is one of the best hotels in Hammamet without a doubt and it deserves 5 stars

The hotel itself had a great pool and numerous individual or group activities to get yourself involved in, should you wish to keep busy (darts, bowls, aqua yoga, tennis, pool) along with numerous activities on the beach it backs onto (parachute, jet ski, water skiing, etc). Also, the staff for the free activities were very friendly and engaging. The location was great, with having the beach so close, and you could happily leave belongings near or on your sun lounger during meals or when swimming, without any worry that any of your belongings would go missing. The food buffet was excellent, with a variety of choices that differed daily, allowing you to be as adventurous with local cuisine as you liked.

The only issues were relatively minor, with Wi-Fi not working throughout the duration (which was nice to not use technology, but would have helped with checking flight details etc), the TV wouldn't connect to Netflix or Prime due to no Wi-Fi, so was also relatively useless apart from a news channel. Also, the room door did not lock for the first 24hrs, and could be pushed open easily without a door key card, and there was a safe with no key to open it. However, the door then started to lock randomly on the second day, so that resolved itself.

Cyrine on reception was great, as were the staff in the bar inside the hotel (sorry didn't get their names).... Pool is massive ! ...but with 2 separate areas to relax and sit in (jacuzzi/whirl). Rooms are good with a great sea view.

Food was cold in our experience, and staff were nowhere to be seen in the restaurant, both at breakfast and at 'dinner'... Lots and lots of tables with dirty plates etc needed clearing away, which attracted flies ! .

The hotel was good in overall. Friendly personnel and the swimming pool was amazing.

The beach was full of algae and made it impossible to swim. Saying that, it was spring time.

In a whole, the Staff is very pleasant, but two employees far exceeded my expectations. Hedia took care of any concerns or needs we had, while Saber greeted us with a smile at every meal and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell that they cared and wanted to make our stay excellent.

The bar selection and variety is not up to par with the rest of the hotel amenities.

GreatAn excellent hotel in every way; very clean room, the food is very varied and excellent, the private beach is very pretty, the very large pool with atmosphere and entertainment. The entertainment and evenings are varied and you don't need to leave the hotel; All the staff are exceptional and very attentive. Special mention to the hotel sales and spa staff

MR Jamal the Hotel Manager, was very friendly and helpful. There were couple of disappointments, but Mr Jamal and his staff immediately and swiftly made our stay wonderful, and I believe j might have found a hotel to return to next time.

The food could be improved and contains different varieties not only tunisian, although I am in favor of it.

Nice clean rooms , very good food with large selection. Clean huge pool, good entertainment. Lovely beach. Very helpful staff.

Air con wasn't on in May so room was muggy at night . Brought a fan from local supermarket for less than £15.

Rooms need more work and maintenance. was surprise that there were no slippers, staff from cleaning team said they don't have slippers at all
