I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish — the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of. A special mention goes to Mira, the animator, whose energy, kindness, and creativity made our experience even more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to make guests feel happy and entertained.

It would be great to renovate the rooms to make the stay even more comfortable. The only drawback for us was the absence of a WC bidet spray in the bathrooms, which would have added extra convenience.

Very friendly staff, amazing view, spacious room/hotel, beautiful white sand beach, good entertainment, great atmosphere, big variety of food that is presented excellently.

There was no option of double bed (only 2 smaller ones put together), and most of the food was bland. The only good thing about the location was that it was by the beach; the surrounding area was near enough dead, with local businesses trying to scam you.

The extremely friendly staff, the maid was exceptionally helpful and good, made my room fresh and tidy room (2052.) I have been to his hotel several times all the staff has changed apart from 3 persons. You never go hungry here, and the staff will bend over backwards to help any way they can. I feel every time I come here, I go home sad and not wanting to leave. I use the massage every time I come and omg I got the most amazing package and left feeling a million dollars

There was a few things like the tattoo lady saying will give good price, and wanted to charge me 150 dinar for a small tattoo on my hand, when I said I will think about it she started to speak Arabic but unfortunately for her I understand the language because ive been married to a Tunisian national for 13 years, I use the hotel after being home with my family in bou salem because its not a touristic place its so I can get some Rest and Relaxation.The lifeguard also kept asking me out and to meet him for coffee he was called Houssam I made it clear I was not interested but kept on persisting I wasn't going to write this but I haven't been put off and still love the hotel and will be back at Xmas and summer inchallah. A few negatives but not nothing bad.

Hotel is very good and meets your expectations. They provided us a big terrace room. location is good, staff is friendly. We were on a girls trip from Turkey, they interested in it - maybe too much. Reception guy was professional, knew lots of languages. And special thanks to Ahmed on the bar, he gives his everything for his job, works a lot to serve you well. Meals are fine, could be diversify. Pool bar was good, pool can be more clean but idea of having drinks and cigarettes there very good design as well as hotel's landscaping Overall, the hotel deserves 8,5 points i think, evaluating the area and the culture, it seems very nice and again meets our expectations.

Sea could be wavy some days. Coctails on pool bar must be increased. Staff was friendly but maybe too much, they could be more respectful for the guest's expectations if you went there for relaxing. They should have immediately built a beach bar if they want to provide 5 * services. Because, even there were some minus things, the hotel and its management very nice, clean rooms (everyday) they would do better cuz they know how to manage a hotel, this is for just a positive critisim.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Big thank you to sweet Fatma who made sure my room was always beautiful and clean. Big thank you to all the animation team specially to Houyem who is the nicest and sweetest person. And thanks to all reception and dining hall and bar staff who kept calling me the hot water lady as I kept requesting them for a glass of hot water every night to take my medicines.

1-It would be nice if all the food in the buffet dinning hall was labelled properly to see if it contains beef or not because of my religion. I had to keep asking the staff who always tried to help me! 2-You had to pay extra for a safe! 3-Beach is not very clean sometimes with a lot of plastic rubbish and lots of camel poo specially during the weekends which i think the local authoroties don't clean very often. Also the beach had always the red flag on so a bit dangerous to venture in the sea for a swim!

We had a wonderful family stay at Iberostar Averroes in Yasmine Hammamet. I was traveling with children aged 5 to 9 as well as my grandmother (76 years old), and all of them were very happy and comfortable throughout the stay. A special mention goes to the receptionist with dental braces (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) – he was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. Also, a big thank you to the animation team, especially Faty, who was amazing with the kids. My children really enjoyed spending time with her and the activities she organized. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for families, and we would happily come back.

The only disappointment was with some of the staff behind the bar who were distributing the food – they were not as friendly as the rest of the team. Apart from that, everything else was very good, and we left with great memories.

Friendly staff, excellent service, catered to our needs during dinner. Lovely private beach and entertainment. Great value for money, truly recommend.

Almost everything was fantastic at the hotel. I enjoyed the high energy of all the staff. Service was fabulous. The selection of food was amazing and presentation was first class. I liked the beach, which was very close, and sun loungers and umbrellas worked very well. Lovely to still have waiter service on the beach.

Tennis court was excellent so disappointing to get such poor rackets. Wooden grip and old balls. Hard to fault the food, but clearly erring on the side of caution in terms of spices and salt content.

I have spent a couple of nights with my wife and 15 years old daughter in the Iberostar Averroes hotel during a recent trip to Tunisia. We loved the beachfront location close to the beach walk and main attractions in Hammamet. The hotel has a very good structure with internal/external pools and good restaurants. I would recommend for individuals traveling to Hammamet.

The rooms and corridors are a bit dated at this point, but that was not really a problem for us.
