The staff were great and very welcoming. The location was good. The availability of adult pool plus other pools. The beach was clean and staff outside very attentive. The food was typical Tunisian and varied but not international cuisine ( at least when I ate there). The room was spacious and comfortable

The AC was off so was sweating the whole stay and couldn’t sleep at all. When I asked at the reception they said they will turn them on in July. I don’t think that’s reasonable given that Tunisia is hot.

The location, amenities and staff are the greatest asset of this place. Extremely friendly and kind people at reception and throughout the premises. I had a great room with a fantastic view across the beach and the pool area. Large generous rooms and great beds for a comfortable night’s sleep. The breakfast in the morning is a grand affair and here again the staff are excellent. I came here for a girl’s get together with my friends and I’m sure to return with my husband for a second trip to Hammamet.

Thanks to Salah who made our stay great. He is taking the time for every request for each guest. The location is great and the hotel is very good. Despite a small incident which has been taken care seriously by Salah, the hotel is still a very good one in Hammamet maybe the best.

Maybe a little better maintenance (shower in the room, AC system which is working but old) and little animation in the night would make it perfect. The restaurant at the beach should be better trained.

The dining experience was exceptional, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The breathtaking beach-facing view from my room added a serene touch to each morning. The room itself was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed with high-quality linen that ensured a restful sleep. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a delightful fresh fruit basket and chocolates, which I thoroughly enjoyed throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable.

During my stay at the Oceana, I found a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast service started after 6:30 AM, which may be inconvenient for early risers. The indoor pool was heated on the day of my arrival but not the following day, and I had to go to the main reception to inquire about it. Having an attendant present at the pool during operating hours would enhance the guest experience and provide timely assistance.

Spacious, welcoming (3rd time) manager on reception always professional. Excellent housekeeping. Beach bar and restaurant. Spa is fabulous.

This time, food and beverage service let it down. Saturday night the gastronomic menu, really would have ratcheted the normal menu at the A la Carte restaurant. Lunch in the same restaurant very good. Breakfast this time, very crazy, too busy. Items not getting replenished quick enough. Lack of organisation and leadership in F&B.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Everywhere is very clean and facilities are very well maintained. Beautiful views from the rooms, which are a very nice size. Very good food, better than most hotels, though I never tried the breakfast. Dinner buffet is great with good variety, and most importantly good quality. The bar is very unique and beautiful, I haven't seen anything like it in a hotel in Tunis before.

Room service was good but very limited selection, and even when calling during the dinner time they were unable or unwilling to do anything more or different.

Wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectations. Amazing service from start to finish, skilled super friendly staff. I felt they treated me extremely well which is not always the case as a female solo traveler. The room was stunning and view superb. I loved the music and majestetic lobby with bar. Private beach was lovely and had security guy and life guard on duty daily. I felt safe and looked after. Warmly recommending for solo travelers and for romantic get aways!

Some people might not enjoy the music that was playing quite loud until 11pm.

The service was excellent , all stuff were nice and lovely, breakfast was so diversified, we tried the à la carte restaurant, we liked it so much , animation at the reception was diversified, calm and classy. I like that the hotel is adult focused so it has a very calm ambiance.

The room has a strong mold smell as soon as we enter , and air conditioning control system is so old that we barely new how to use, also so many things in the hotel were looking old , like the bathroom doors near the pool, I would recommand to at least renew some of these facilities

This hotel is an impressive building, beautifully designed with lots of internal relaxing places The palm trees and gardens are beautiful

Not much to be honest , the bathroom fixtures probably could do to be replaced but they work and are clean, I didn’t like there was nowhere to walk around the hotel Men have to wear trousers in the dining rooms in the Evening, a heads up on the would have been good

The staff, the facilities and the location were fantastic! The rooms were large and spacious with amazing views. Salah in particular was just superb. He saw to all our needs and went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable and wonderful experience. I will highly recommend this resort in Hammamet.
