The place was spacious, it had really nice art pieces (including paintings of Zoubeir Turki). The garden was splendid and the food and drinks were really good.

I find it discriminatory that still in 2023 hotels in Tunisia don't allow Burkinis and at the same time they asked us for a certificate of marriage before checking-in.

The room was perfect, we found almost everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. The buffet was varied and good. What I liked most was that there are yoga classes with a great teacher and the place where you do it is so relaxing and has a beautiful view of the beach.

Unfortunately, there's no toothpaste or iron in the room. Not a big deal, but a small suggestion for next time. I didn't like the fact that the burkini was not allowed. I'm not a hijabi, but if I want to wear one one day, I can't go there anymore. Hygiene excuses are not legitimate. In Germany, there are the biggest wellness spas in the world, and burkini is allowed there. I don't think any other hotel cares more about hygiene than this resort.

Unfortunately I only booked 1 night in this resort but it was like paradise. The staff is so friendly and helpful and even speaks German (along English and French as well as Arab) and I was given a room category upgrade for a room with a beautiful terrace upon check-in - The food is amazing and there is a lot of choice, same applies to the drinks. During the evening there even was live music for dinner - The premises are really well looked after and clean and neat - The resort had direct beach access and the vibes of this resort were very relaxed and calm/quiet. Still if you wanted to have some evening animation you could visit the neighbouring sister resort with your bracelet. - I also appreciated the free 30 minutes relaxing massage they offer for their guests, really nice experience and something I needed after my 10 days trip through Tunisia

nothing to dislike

Food was great, garden is well maintained, beach is pretty and staff was friendly and inside pool was heated (we stayed in winter). Also I really liked the design, art and interior of the public spaces. Rooms were comfortable but less stylish than public areas.

Everything was good

Food options were solid and varied, the hotel room was spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff were lovely. Wonderful short weekend break. Several nice places to tuck into a drink or a good book between dips in the pool and ocean. First time doing this sort of all-inclusive experience and it was really extremely pleasant. Facilities were all well maintained and tidy and well updated.

The sauna was not very warm, and there weren't any hooks in the hotel room, so we had to improvise where to hang towels and bath robes.

The personnel of the hotel was exceptional. Always a pleasure to speak to them (e.g., in English, French). The hotel design is wonderful. Food was good, drinks also fine. In October, you can easily swim in the sea here: still warm enough.

To be honest, the cleanness of the facilities leaves much to be desired. For example, we were quite surprised to find a cigarette butt inside a bedside table. In the room, there're quite a lot of someone else's hairs all over the place. Furthermore, in the bar, one day they could bring you a perfectly served menthe tea, and another day - a glass of wine with 3 flies in it. :(

The rooms are stunning. Combining charm and comfort in a unique way. Pools are beautiful and always very clean, overall cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. always making sure we were well taken of.

very poor mobile network and WI-FI connection. It was difficult to stay connected, which could be a problem for those who need internet access during their stay.

The hotel ground are very beautiful, with amazing views to match. They upgraded our room to a beautiful ocean front with a large balcony which we were thrilled about! The food was great, especially the seafood. Loved the grounds and the beach

The gym facilities could be improved, but they also allow you to use the gym in the other Les orangers which is a bit better

The room is spacious and provides all the necessary supplies, super comfortable bed, excellent shower. We went with our 9 months old baby, so they provided us a cot and we’re really nice to fullfil all our “different” requests (for example, an omelete for the baby’s dinner outside of the restaurant working hours). The Mini-Club is great, and Takwa (the lady who takes care of the children) is super nice and gentle. All the pools are amazing, as well as the beach in front of the hotel. All the staff was exceptional.

The food is okay. The room’s soundproofing is not good, so you can still hear a lot of noise at night.
