Lovely Manager in charge at the desk and very helpful.Rhe hotel will provide you with all what you need and is in the center within 5 minutes walk from where you need to be by the old Medina and promenade.Shame cos i stay only 1 night as I felt so welcome and at home there.Lovely large quiet room I had with a huge patio.Absolutelly true value for money.merci beaucoup!

it's such an authentic hotel with good services and great staff. the location is Great in the centre of Hammamet only 2 minutes walking to Bus station and 5 minites to the Beach and Centre Ville (middle town) Mr. Al Asaad the Manager was Great woth me and my family, he is a kind helpful man and very good manager, whenver i come back to Tunisia i will stay again in Hamilton Hotel 🌸💜

The location was great, really close to the beach, to the Medina and lots of restaurants and cafés. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The room wasn't properly clean, someone definitely tried to clean it but there were stains on the floor from the previous guest, although the bedsheets smelled clean and the mattress looked new, there were bits of hair on my bedsheets which probably means they weren't washed properly. The toilet was really really bad, stains everywhere (even on the walls 🤮), really old tiles and shower. The shower was cold and weak so I couldn't wash my hair the whole time I was there. Wi-Fi worked sometimes. They also don't advise you to leave valuables in the room and the balcony door doesn't lock so as a solo female traveler I didn't exactly feel safe there. Overall I think even though the room and furniture are old, if it was cleaned properly it could be a good hotel.

The location and price. Staff friendly enough

The bathroom. The beds. The bed sheets were rough. like they were not clean. nothing felt clean about the place. The bathroom, I couldn't stomach. There was a green mat by the toilet that felt so dirty. I had to side saddle the toilet with the broken seat. Wasn't even going to tough the shower. Lights on all night, hard to get some sleep. Need more darker curtains.

The staff where very nice the place was nice the only thing that did bother me was the lack of cleanliness our bathroom was very dirty, the bedding we where given was very dirty we brought our own bedding for our stay as the standards where very unhigenic I understand the price was very cheap but I expected these things to be a priority. Other than this it was a nice stay wifi was great tv worked fine the air con did not work so it did get a little cold in the night time but nothing to crazy as the weather was warmer than normal for Tunisia at this time of year. Staff where great and very helpful I hope the isuuies I mentioned can be fixed as I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future
