Great location! Spacious room! The cleaning ladies were always smiling and greeting! Besma was the sweetest of all!

The hotel claims to have a private beach. Nowhere to be found! If you want to go to the beach you have to cross a very busy road and walk some in order to get there. The beach bar was not open (end of May). Pay for your room in advance, or you might be charged extra.

The rooftop swimming pool was really great. We finally got a newly renovated hotel room that was fresh and comfortable. We really liked the staff; they were all so friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies, in particular, were kind and sweet. The children’s program and the gymnastics program for adults were pleasant surprises. The night program was great, and we also enjoyed having a pancake chef at breakfast. It was very hot in Hammamet during our stay - luckily airconditioning worked just perfectly!

The facilities were somewhat outdated. Initially, we were given a very old hotel room that seemed untouched since it was built; the kitchen and bathroom were as if from a museum. The fridge was broken, and the room wasn’t entirely clean, with toothpaste on the shelves, among other things. My husband spoke to the staff, and they kindly moved us to a renovated room, which was just perfect!

The room was clean and spacious, including a lounge area and kitchenette. I was very fond of the rooftop pool - it felt very luxurious. Aircon was great, too. Internet worked well. The location is fantastic as there’s a bar and places to eat close by. Beach is also local.

The bathroom was a little bit dirty, especially the bath. However, it was suitable enough for taking a shower. At the pool area, a member of staff (bartender) was a little bit rude to us because we had brought an iced tea from outside rather than purchasing from the bar. I think that we should have been allowed this as we are paying to stay at the hotel. At the very least, he could have been more polite and understanding.

Friendliness and professional behavior of the entire staff and owner (including the pleasant interaction amongst the guests themselves). The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and cleaning staff were excellent. Food was basically good but breakfast could have offered a few more choices in my view anyway. Special thanks to Kamel, Lāla, Sami and Naima at reception, Aisa, Sahbi and Mochta behind the bar, Sonja and Sefi in the restaurant, Rahdia and the whole cleaning staff and of course the owner Hatem. We made friends with everyone and it was a hugely enjoyable experience and great value for money. We truly felt at home and relaxed and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and the area to anyone.

I can't think of anything except maybe more choices for the breakfast buffet and the coffee in the bar was better..if we needed anything at all it was dealt with promptly and with a smile 😃

They upgraded us to a nicer room for no extra cost, which was big and comfortable. The pool and general rooftop area was lovely, and the staff were very friendly even through a language barrier.

The floor in the room was quite dirty, and food was very expensive for the area

This hotel really went beyond my expectations, especially considering the price paid. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to one of the more modern refurbished rooms. The room is very spacious with a big window, modern and looks beautiful. The bathroom too is modern and clean. (Just be very careful because the shower overflows easily. Also it smells good after being cleaned but after a while sometimes smells a bit like a farm because of the drains) The hotel is in a central location in Hammamet, near plenty of good restaurants and street food. The beach is 2 minutes away by foot (a beautiful sandy beach that was very quiet in may, although be aware the private beach on the listing isn't I'm action until summer) The resteraunt served excellent food, a mixture of delicious traditional Tunisian foods and other foods too, there is something for everyone. The breakfast buffet is affordable and really good. The resteraunt table cloths looked a bit dirty and inside was very dated, but outside the atmosphere is lovely and they have live music on weekends. The staff are really helpful and Khadijah always left the room spotlessly clean and she created beautiful artwork with the blanket, like swans and flowers and hearts, a true artist. The original room we stayed in before being upgraded was very old, dated, and felt a bit unclean because of the oldness of the bath etc. However it was still spacious and worth the price paid, no major problems but I would highly recommend spending more for the refurbished room. Also worth noting there is also only one hairdryer between the whole hotel. all in all I am very satisfied with my experience and grateful for an excellent stay! Shukran :)

The whole place is cozy and comfortable. People are nice staff are too. The prices aren’t high

The fact that it was not very clean, some doors cannot be closed. The receptionist opened the door on me today while I was asleep without asking for permission or calling. The doors cannot be locked. When I asked him how he got in he didn’t answer, and asked in a rude way you come directly to the reception when making a special request for a late check out. But the lady made it work and she apologized and told me I can stay after 12 until 7PM.

My room was large and charming. There was a separate lounge area with a table and two lounges. Also a small refrigerator. My room was on the top floor where there is a pool, bar and restaurant with a view over the Gulf of Hammamet. The hotel is a very short stroll to the centre of town and the beach is almost across the road. The breakfast is decent enough and there is a chef to make crepes on demand. Fortunately, smoking is NOT allowed in the breakfast room. Hooray for that!!!The central garden area is very nice and there is a bar/restaurant there. At night there is even entertainment. People were singing and dancing last night. The Front Desk staff are welcoming. One of the gentleman has excellent English and was very helpful. English is not widely spoken in Tunisia. I have extended my stay here and would definitely stay again. It’s a good value hotel, not the Taj Mahal, and a perfect palace would cost much more! I enjoyed this hotel 👌🏻

My bathroom was pretty run down but everything worked. They are renovating some rooms and this was a little noisy at times. One morning they had the poolside speakers blasting out music so loudly I couldn’t stand it.

A great place. Pool on the roof wonderful! Definitely swimmable. It's not that small!!! The staff was good, helpful and nice. They upgraded my room but there was no kitchenette. However, there was a good refrigerator so I was able to keep a few items (Yogurt, etc.) cold. Much appreciated. The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk to the fort, and to the small harbor, beach, etc. Restaurants everywhere. The city center is also right there, within 5 minutes walking. Everything you could possibly need is close by. The price has increased substantially, unfortunately, otherwise I'd return. Summer has arrived. I did not do a breakfast option but it looked fine, and enough types of food items. There's a nice bar with a patio near the restaurant that serves beer and wine, which is also nice.

That they changed my room since I thought I was getting a ktichenette. I've a vegetarian so like to have food items that I consume, but it worked out alright. That's the only thing. There is one woman at the front desk that isn't very friendly. All the rest of of the people working there were great

The property is located a few minutes from the louage station, it is easy to find. The staff is very friendly. The room is very nice, toilet and shower in two different spaces, very large wardrobe, mini fridge, air conditioning. The bedroom is very large, comfortable bed, socket + USB input + type C input. In a different space there is a small living room with sofas and a round table. Large window that lets in a lot of light (anti-light curtains provided). Inside the hotel there is a bar on the ground floor in the garden, on the terrace there is a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, the bar service also offers the possibility of ordering food. 5 minutes from the beach, the promenade at the gates of the medina and the medina itself.
