The locations is amazing - public transport is available to every part of the city. Overnight parking at the hotel is also available for 40 NIS. The hotel is very well kept and designed thoroughly. The facilities are in a good condition. I didn't need an A/C as it was March and I only had to open the windows for a fresh air. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not - one small and extremely soft and another was mor rigid but huge (2 pillows per person). I didn't like any of those - but that is my experience, and I didn't subtract much from the score for this. I didn't choose the breakfast as I was eating out - but there was excellent tea and biscuits available. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The closet has a weird chemical smell - so I didn't store my clothes in it. Some mold appears in the bathroom since it doesn't have any airflow. The hotel is located near the zoo - some animal noise is heard in the morning for those who would like to sleep in.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family and celebrating our anniversary. I know it sounds unbelievable but we loooved everything. Chris and Taya went above and beyond to make things easy for us and gave fantastic recommendations to us! The room was luxurious. The decor, painting and lobby were cool. Parking was more than reasonable and on location in garage. The bed was superb. The shower was good. The jacuzzi was fun. (We did not use the spa but it is very easy to access.) The location could not be better! It is next to the Zoo, short walk to scenic overlook, the top of Bahai gardens, many great cafes, the Carmelit, shops, Japanese museum…

The deluxe room is very spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed. It was very clean too. Thanks to the room's three windows, it is naturally well-lit during daytime. The shower room is quite big but the shower itself could have been bigger. I really liked the artworks and room design, but the wardrobe closet wasn't very functional so we just kept our clothes in our carry-on suitecase. The hotel itself was very quiet during the day and night. The outside hot tub is a nice touch, especially if you get it all for yourself. Wine is offered at the reception at no additional charge, but they lack variety. Overall this is a fine boutique hotel, well worth the money. Paying extra for the hotel parking lot is recommended.

There's no breakfast at the hotel, and the spa treatments were a bad experience for us.

One of the nicest hotel I stayed in Israel. Really new feeling room and facility. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. They upgraded me without asking. The room was really nice sized , great bathroom with large tub, sitting couch and super comfy bed. Location for me was great up on the top of the hill only steps away from amazing views, some restaurants and markets nearly too.

Morning light came in from the bathroom door and woke us up very early Had to wait for the check in, the front desk receptionist was away Preordered wine and chokolade, it wasn't in the room when we came in, when I asked for it, it took a while to find the order and then only the wine arrived, when I asked for the chokolade they replied they didn't have it...

The location is superb. The staff is friendly and professional. The garden suite was excellent. Nice breakfast at cafe "Mandarin" just off the hotel. The hotel is located in a 100 years restored Templar building. Very pleasant stay overall.

When reserving the room well in advance I was assured that spa can be reserved later. When trying to reserve spa four days before check in, I was refused. There was no preference for spa services for the hotel guests. I find this weird. The room could be cleaner.

The hotel is very stylish, everything looks new. The hotel is located near a zoo and surrounded by lots of greenery, which creates a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. There is a good coffee machine, cookies, and pastries available all day in the lobby. There is also a coffee machine in the room. I really enjoyed the hotel's breakfast, which was organized at an Italian café across the street. I think it's a great idea. There is a Russian-speaking administrator.

The hotel is located quite high, which was not a problem for me since I am in good physical shape. However, I believe that for some people it might be rather difficult to walk to the beach on foot.

Comfortable room, although shower was slow draining and did flood the bathroom. Friendly reception. Secure parking garage (40 NIS per day, controlled by smartphone app). Free coffee, juice and biscuits at reception, and bottled water in the room. Good location: handy to Baha’i gardens and a short walk to cafes and shops. Park right outside and bus stop across the street. When we stayed there was a street food van at the bus stop, still open when we came home late at night. Didn’t visit the spa, only thing that could be improved is a swimming pool.

My booking was "breakfast inclusive" but hotel refused to honour. This was not only disappointing and very inconvenient but for the 11 nights that I was there - i had the feeling of being scammed. It was not a nice feeling.

I didn't notice that the breakfast is not at the hotel. The pictures are deceiving. Why would you pay for breakfast if you can go to any cafe you like and eat whatever you like? It's a voucher for an ok cafe 10 minutes walk away.
