Great Value for money Great people and service at ULVF ! It was a nice discovery The shuttle to the slopes arrives every 10 mins and the ride is literally 3 mins.
All was good. Again great value for the money.

Firstly the location is amazing, with outstanding views from the window and walking distance to the town centre. The hotel is a little bit old fashioned but it adds a charm to it. We loved the spacious outdoor swimming pool, great for our stay in August. The buffet style dinner was a nice surprise, very affordable price and delicious. Even though there was no Aircon in the room the temperature of the building was just on point.

Good location, free shuttle service during the high season. Big apartment, perfect for a group. Balcony and great views. Good value for money, if you compare with other accommodation in the area.
Old building and rooms, could use some renovation. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Location - walking distance to slopes or 1 min to free bus stop. Bar with friendly lady and reasonable prices Friendly stuff in general Games rooms Spacious rooms (but no kitchen facilities) Lovely view from balcony
Maybe it was a local area issue but there was a smell (like burst pipe) in rooms and some parts of the hotel. Not a big deal as you get used to that. Limited breakfast options. Something warm like scrambled or poached eggs would be nice. Not enough vegetables. Also sometimes things were not replenished at all. The bunk bed was creaking as hell, kept waking me up every time my daughter moved. Parking can be a real issue

Location and staff.
Outdated facilities. We checked-in late but our room was still not ready. To make up for it, the staff arranged free drinks for us. Also, we thought that all rooms are equipped with kitchen because of misleading ad in booking.com but it turned out that we only booked the basic room which was not comfortable for 4 persons, so we have to upgrade to an apartment type and add extra cost.
