The staff was exceptional, I don’t know if the hotel got lucky or if they have very good training but they were phenomenal! They were very nice, polite and helpful!

Super hard to get to without a car! You have a very steep hill to get by and if you have a bit of luggage it’s a bit annoying! Plus, daily strolls mean you have to go down and up that steep hill every time. Besides that a few safety things were missing, it didn’t have approval from fire department, the elevators had maintenance expired. It was clear the owner put a lot of money and effort in the hotel itself (looks, tech, facilities, staff training) but safety is equally if not more important so it would’ve been nice to not see these issues. Besides that, hard to get in with a stroller or if you are a person with disabilities.

All was good from the staff to all facilities and comfort zones along with the SPA. The restaurant was top notch ! I would like to thank everyone for all the work and the experience they gaved us on our staying!

I would like to add only a few things regarding the Spa : 1: No bracelet for the lockers in order to take our stuff whenever we wanted , had to wait sometimes for a staff member to lock/unlock 2. A clock at the pool would be cool to have it to know exactly when we have to get out in order to respect the program 3. And a small policy regarding the people to not steal your slippers while at the pool 😜😂

The hotel is located in a highly touristy village, on a hill, in a green area. One restaurant is located in the same building, the other one is just across the street. We had very enjoyable stay. The heated pool is big and deep enough for several families to swim at a time. Wonderful breakfast with rich variety of food really surprised us. Parking space is sufficient for the hotel guests. The reception desk asked us to provide them with our car number, so that they could be able to find an owner and to request to re-park the car in case of an obstacle.

We encountered an air-conditioning malfunction in our room. It was leaking when functioning. The hotel technician was unable to solve the issue during our stay, and they ordered the manufacturer's service. Nevertheless, we do not regret choosing this accommodation. We realize that such a situation can occur everywhere. The staff behaved professionally and apologized for the inconvenience.

Location is great. Hotel is comfortable, maintained and renovated. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. The outdoor heated pool at 35C is a pleasure. All-in-all the hotel exceeded my expectations on all parameters. Included breakfast was good, not amazing, but quite good.

The extra sofa-bed wasn't made when we arrived in the room and we had to make it ourselves. The reception desk staff seemed not too experienced. House-cleaning arrived in the morning hours when we were in the room: I am accustomed to hotels that know when you've left the room for breakfast or for the day and only then come to clean. Something common to many hotels: a distict lack of towel racks and hanging spots in the bathroom. The hotel restaurant is mediocre at best for dinner/lunch.

I love the idea of heated pool/jacuzzi outside during winter. The breakfast is awsome. Plenty of food options. The rooms look good and the tv comes with netflix and hbo. Overall the hotel looks nice and the personnel is great. Even if we went there on 1st of december, the spa was not crowded (we were afraid of that).

It was the second time at Elexus Hotel, but we were pretty dissapointed. We paid 500 euro for 2 nights and we did not expect to have the following issues. The pool/ jacuzzi had some technical problems and we could not use it more than half of the time there. The food from the restaurant is pricey and pretty basic (excepting the breakfast). Details attention lacked. The body lotion missed from the room and from the spa bathroom (and the water makes your skin so dry). Also, the second day, they took the body towels and they did not replace them. Plus, they did not check if we needed shampo/ shower gel (and we needed). The hairdrayer did not work but we called at the reception and they brought another one in max 2 minutes.

Very much enjoyed the pool area and the spa facilities, massage included (I recommend it). The room was clean, the surroundings quiet and peaceful. Great place to rest and relax

An unpleasant pipe-like smell in the bathroom, hard to get rid of. Also the food was pricey and overall not up to the expectations

Very nice hotel, nice room with everything necessary and clean. The restaurant downstairs had good food, prices alike all restaurants nowdays (maybe a bit pricey for some dishes) but tasty. The heated water pool is the star, clean and fun even on a cloudy day. I reccomed it for people who want to spend some days at the mountain but still enjoy a bit of summer.

The pool and the hot tubs are awesome, especially considering you are up in the mountains surrounded by woods and great views. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was really good. The staff was very friendly, even accommodating another night of unplanned stay for us.

The nearby restaurants linked to the hotel are a bit expensive for the food they offer and on one occasion something was not right with the steak as I got sick after eating it. The pools could be cleaned a bit better, but considering they are under trees, it's acceptable.

Beautiful room with modern fittings. Breakfast was quite good. Staff is super friendly who cater to your requests promptly. Restaurant has a very good menu. Location is quite central. My family and me had a wonderful time at Elexus and Predeal.

Some glass plate on a table was detached and a little dangerous for the children. Breakfast eggs could've been warmer. Overhead shower in the bathroom is offset and I could not use it. The garden and playground area for the children had a lot of debris which is dangerous for children.

This is not the first time I visited Elexus, this time we stayed 4 nights here, and as always I love the staff’s attitude, I adore the cleanliness of the room, also the pool is awesome, so as jacuzzi. I want to mention that during our stay it was my wife’s birthday, and we received a champagne bottle and also a dessert for FREE which is very very nice❤️.

One of the inconveniences is that there are limited sun-beds at the pool compared with the number of rooms they have,
