Very unique looking hotel, never stayed at the castle before - great experience. The receptionist made sure even though we couldn’t stay for breakfast to provide us with breakfast boxes. The check in and checkout was very easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and had all we needed.

Parking on the street was a bit difficult , was a little noisy but this is because of people on bikes going round late at night, and pillows were a little uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for one night after missing our flight. Although it didn’t appear too far on the map, it was actually about a half-hour drive from the airport due to the mountainous terrain. Our room was clean but a bit noisy. It was on the small side—but since we booked the budget room, I guess we got what we paid for. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant with large window walls, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The interior decor is charming, reminiscent of a castle, with traditional wood and stone features. For dinner, we had a pizza and a fish selection. While the pizza dough was fairly average, the tomato topping was fresh and flavoursome. The fish was nicely grilled and absolutely delicious.

Location was great for us to explore the town, on-site parking was easy to access, and easy check-in/check-out. Our host and every person we interacted with was so pleasant and helpful. They helped carry all our luggage upstairs, which was quite a lot. Dinner here was fantastic, and there was more food served at breakfast than we could eat. I would absolutely love staying here again.

The mini fridge seemed to be unplugged/wasn't working while we were there. Otherwise, we had no issues or complaints.

The hotel is a mock castle, and is lovely, particularly the restaurant. We ate there every evening of our five night stay. The room was adequate, comfortable and clean. Free car parking is also available.

Just one criticism, the shower cubicle is very small, that's it.

It's a little far from Palermo. And in one day the cold water wasn't functioning when we woke up for 20 min. You can hear your neighbours, thin walls. The breakfast is cold, and doesn't contain eggs. Small bathroom for italian standards.

From the welcoming reception, to the ease of parking, to the the availability of the bar and the restaurant and the amazing view from the balcony, everything was great. Good food, good service form the attentive staff and the decor all satisfied.

If the Hotel had provide in room Tea and coffee making it would have provided everything

We were always going to arrive late ( 11:00pm), due to our flight time into Palermo airport and needed single beds. All this was catered for and the staff that greeted us upon arrival were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, we were only there for one night en route to Cefalu for a walking holiday

Hotel is a little gem. Food in the restaurant is first class and service is excellent. Very reasonably priced too. Immaculately decorated hotel and very different. Staff very flexible and allowed us to check in early and check out late.

Breakfast is basic. No kettle and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The town is a little sleepy and a bit remote so better if you have a car so that you can visit surrounding areas easily.

Interesting medieval style, clean rooms.

Nice hotel and excellent food and service. It’s a 35 min drive from Palermo airport, but as we needed an overnight stay, we are happy we chose this location. Our holidays started at arrival. Some of the staff speak English, all of them did their best.

Clean, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant on the terrace with extremely tasty food and exceptional view. They also have their own wine which is great and for a good price

Large bed was a bit uncomfortable for two people as it was very sensitive to movement
