I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel Radisson Blu Jeddah Al Salam When I arrived the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail, from the plush towels to the complimentary refreshments, made it feel truly luxurious. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Their warmth and professionalism made me feel truly welcomed. I also loved the design of the hotel. It had a perfect balance of elegance and comfort, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities added to the experience, making everything feel seamless and enjoyable. Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated every little detail that made it special. I would definitely choose Radisson Blu again!

The place was very clean and the parking was really good, safe, very well lit and convenient. Our room was very spacious, in Europe, this size would be a suite. All the toiletries were topped up on a daily basis. Bathroom very clean. House keeping very good 😊

The lack of towels on some days was a bit odd but was quickly rectified with one phone call, the staff appear within 5 minutes with whatever u need, contrary to the hotels in Europe where u have to wait for at least an hour for the staff to arrive

The location is not really near anything of interest - we took ubers to get around and most places we wanted to go were at least 20mins drive. The kettle in our room did not work (though when we informed the concierge, it was quickly replaced). When we checked out, they told us we had not paid, although we had paid at check in - this created some inconvenience and we had to make our uber to the airport wait for us while it was sorted out.

I recently stayed at the hotel with my family and honestly it was the best decision to book this hotel. Check-in was smooth and took us hardly 5 mins. The room was clean and spacious with a separate area for luggage, wardrobe and changing. The city view from the room was amazing. Toiletries were of good quality. Iron and ironing board was the best thing available in room and it was very useful throughout our stay. They provided us with a complimentary fruit basket which was a pleasant surprise. I asked for extra blanket and it was provided within 10 mins. Food was very good. We ordered pizza from room service and it was cheesy and delicious. Their Frappe was average though. Breakfast was amazing with good options for everyone specially the fresh egg station. They also keep fresh juice and chocolate chip cookes for the guests waiting in lobby/lounge which I find quite courteous. Overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely come again.

Breakfast was monotonous and kids got bored by the second day. A little change in breakfast everyday will be appealing for guests who stay for more days.

Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, which was a plus. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a bigger room, which added to our comfort and enjoyment during our stay.

Breakfast was 120SR per person, which was the most expensive rate during our stay in Saudi Arabia (stayed in 3 hotels in 3 cities). We were hoping for a wider variety of dishes and more creative choices considering the price.

The room was great, and it was a reasonable size. The hotel offers two-bedroom apartments that were designed in a decent way to host large families.

The hotel is very strict regarding check-out times, and they do not allow late check-outs, even though I requested it when I checked in and was told they would consider my request. On the day of check-out, they called me over five times to verify that I would leave on time or pay for an extra stay.

i like my room- spacious & comfortable. I really liked the hotel staff. Thank you so muh for your concern ! However on my opinion your price too much and would be better to decrease apartemnt's price for your guests.

no good location. There were not any supermarkets, cafe and restaurants. It is no comfortable for tourusts. But , any way - it is not your fault. Thank you so much for everything !!!

Location is very convenient, it is very close to Airport and easy to go to any direction in the city. Room was, nice and comfortable, especially bathroom was clean and well stacked. BreakFast was nice and well presented with reasonable choices.

The hotel and bedrooms were excellent, very spacious and modern. I stayed for 3 days with my wife and family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is well located centrally in Jeddah, with supermarket and food options nearby. Last but not least I would like to say a special thank you to Abdallah who provided us with complementary breakfast for the whole stay, a very kind gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jeddah.
