Bourges is a lovely place with lots to see in the centre, particularly the stained glass in the Cathedral. The surrounding gardens are very pretty and there was live music and a tea dance while we were there

Strange food ordering process at the cafe/bars by the Cathedral. Told to give our details so we could order something to eat at 6, the given time came and went and it appeared that we were in a long list of potential customers who would probably be able to order an hour later with the food arriving who knows when We left and found a food van stationed at the car park (Place Seraucourt) serving freshly prepared Asian food (The Golden Cheese)- delicious!

I am torn writing this review. I got a message from the hotel saying if the staff get a bonus if they rate 10 on Booking. But I must be honest. The staff are a 10 but the hotel needs repairs and cleaning beyond the normal eg mould on ceiling, peeling paint in bathroom.

Delightful and helpful receptionist! This is a great halfway point if travelling down to the south of France and Bourges itself is a gorgeous little town. Travelling with a dog so we really appreciated the ground floor room which opened out to a grassy area. There is also a really nice forested area/walk just across the street to exercise your dog properly. Clean room which was value for money and bed was super firm which I like. Plenty of secure parking in a quiet area. Next door to a LIDL supermarket so we could stock up on provisions.

Food options: nothing for vegetarians in the evening menu and breakfast buffet was uninspiring so we didn't partake. Wish it had a bar...

The reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. A buffet with a range of foods.

The room was comfortable but it would have been good to have coat hooks and a luggage rack or bench as there was nowhere to put coats and luggage but overall it was ok for an overnight stop.

Nice room comfy bed towels a bit small. Helpful staff at reception as I had a puncture and was directed to nearest garage

Breakfast Went down for breakfast 9am very limited amount of bread and pastries, orange juice was empty but the lady looking after the good would not put any more out as breakfast finished at 9:30

Comfortable hotel in a quiet area of Bourges, a nice walk from the centre. Great that it's dog friendly!

As we were on the ground floor, we had a glass door rather than a window which we didn't want to leave open at night, so it was a little hot.

Good location to walk into town one way or walk to large leisure lake the other way. Lovely staff and very good buffet breakfast.

Small room but not a big problem because we only used the room for sleeping, not working.

Lovely receptionist. Very helpful. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice to have kettle and tea/coffee available in the room. Large choice for breakfast which was regularly topped up!

Slightly further from the motorway than we had realised. Hotel is a little dated. Photos on website maybe give a better impression than it actually is!

very easy to get to and good car park. inside rooms are easy to access and of a good size. bed is large and comfortable. location allows some lovely walks into Bourges centre or out of town by a lake. lovely after a long drive.

functional rather than stylish. decor not of highest standard. mould above shower on ceiling. shower curtain too long. only 1 set of towels when 2 of us were booked.

Friendly staff, good location. This was a one night stop off on our way down to South France and the local town was stunning. We would stay here again and spend more time in the town. Super King size bed was a nice surprise.

Paid an extra 10€ each for breakfast. I would have liked to have seen cooked options for that price.
