The room was big and clean. The shower was warm (it took a bit to understand how the hot water worked, but once you know it it's great). The location was great. The bed was very comfy.

Breakfast was really small for the money we paid. This morning I got a piece of cake as big as my thumb nail :(

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, with outstanding staff and good facilities. Well located across the road from the beach, and a short walk from a shopping complex, so very easy to get supplies or go to the cash point (which is slightly problematic as they frequently are out of cash, or out of order, so frequency trips are sometimes necessary).

Not much to complain about! The breakfasts have improved in variety since I last stayed in 2016, and there is now an eggs and bacon option, which is great. The older rooms could maybe do with a bit of an update, but they are super comfy and clean and have everything you need.

It was a pleasure to stay at Rayon Hotel. It's a home away from home. All the staff are polite and helpful. This was my second time staying with them. The place is super clean and quiet even when full capacity. I would recommend them to others.

To be honest the food not much of a selection for non-meat eaters other than things such as fruit or potatoes/hashbrowns.They do have some sides to choose from but It's a hit or miss...everybody's taste buds are different. They are in a good location so you can walk or taxi to local eateries. With that being said I will be staying there again.

good breakfast to start the day. beach access across the street. excellent staff. the room was clean with a balcony. we spent all day at the beach until sunset. enjoyed beers and meals while watching the sun set. beautiful. The location is within walking distance to other renowned properties and entertainment.

this is more of a suggestion than dislike - the bar could be improved with some form of entertainment after dinner; however the environment was peaceful. entertainment was close by within walking distance, so we went out for entertainment and when we returned to our room we slept well without noise.

The property was beautiful and very well kept. I was really surprised because the front of the property was quite unassuming. The service was top-notch, from the Room Attendant to the Security Guard. Speaking of the Security Guard..... Cosmo (his name) was a breath of fresh air. We arrived really late for check-in so front desk had already closed so of course panic had set in. But he came out and reassured us that everything was fine as he had the keys and we could sort out payment etc with the front desk the following morning. I was very very pleased with the entire experience. Will definitely be back.

The fact that bottled water in the room was only provided once for the entire stay.

The property was beautiful and quiet. Our room was perfect with a kitchen, sofa, king sized bed and nice balcony. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and made to order. All the staff were friendly, happy and inviting. We are already booked for next year this will be our new place!

The bed was a bit high and little difficult to get into. If we were shorter there would have been an issue, also hard mattress after 21 days sleeping in it my body was ready for home.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We extended our stay by two days. Allowed us to wait in the room once check in time had passed as we had to wait to be collected. Moved us to a bigger room for a great price. Food was good. It would have been nice to have a little bit more of a variety with the coffee creamer etc but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Pool could have done with a clean. Found some hairs in the towels, however, I don't normally use towels provided and bring my own so did not need to use the ones with hair.

The Staff at Rayon are exceptionally amazing and I believe that is part of what makes it a great Hotel. The location is also perfect right in front of the beach and not too far from local shops and amenities. The food is not too bad but this is generally the quality throughout most hotel services in Jamaica. The staff serving breakfast were also so lovely and polite. They catered to our needs with no questions asked. The front of House were also very accommodating and helpful as well as housekeeping. The rooms are comfortable clean and spacious. For these reasons I would happily stay here again.

Every evening there would be music from the main bar located in the facility. It is understandable to create a party vibe but it didn't make sense when this would go on for over a couple of hours when no one was actually at the bar. So this was a bit distracting and made it difficult to fall asleep. The need to call upon security to open the car park gates every time we wanted to drive in and out was a bit inconvenient as we often had to ask reception as no on was by the gate continuously.

Breakfast was great - selection of Jamaican, full english/american, etc... served to your table with fruit starter. Plenty of coffee and juice. Room was a good size with 2 double beds and pool view balcony. Though decor is a little tired in places the hotel has a lovely local feel to it totally different to the all-inclusives. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Attractive pool area surrounded by plants. Beautiful beach is just across the road. Location is ideal in the middle of 7 mile beach with many bars and restaurants nearby. Towels provided for pool and beach.

Pool furniture was looked very tired and needs replacing. Bar not open until 3pm but I guess that's because most people got to the beach (but you do have a fridge and supermarket nearby).
