I like how friendly the staff were every was helpful and very peasant , must visit again. The cleaners were so nice and tidy and they keep the facilities and the rooms very clean. I love the breakfast also I got to taste Panama traditional food which was so tasty big up the chef

Great rooms, clean and accommodating. Restaurant service was good and breakfast was good too. Except for the attitude displayed by the waitress and waiter at breakfast . Almost had to clean the table myself. However, Ms Iris a waitress there helped to change my outlook and experience. Her personality and professionalism is excellent for the job description. She is an exceptional employee. Thank you Ms Iris for my Hot chocolate. And your genuine care for what you do.

I like the location of the hotel as it was easy to access places that i wanted to visit. The room size was awesome and the view was great as it allow us to see the city. The breakfast wasn't my best but i appreciate the fruits daily.

I didn't like the choices available daily for us to choose from.

Breakfast was EXCELLENT- very clean and great selection of items. The HOT water on floor 26 was POOR - it took over 30 min to get warm water. Hot water came at over 40 min and was a terrible waste of resources in order to take a hot shower.

Loved the breakfast and the wide variety. 😋 I appreciate how I saw the housekeepers daily which kept the room tidy and really like a hotel stay. The location was perfect, the connection to the mall, the pool bar and sushi restaurant was quite a lovely touch. It really was an all in one.

The plugs in the room were not working well and some were actually falling off. I also didn't appreciate that on my last day, knowing I had an extremely early flight, I was not able to have my breakfast to go.

I love the Hotel was located in a central area. The staff was very welcoming. The check -In process was smooth. There was always a taxi waiting to take you to your destination. The breakfast was lovely, just didn't have any pancakes, but it didn't take away from the lovely selection and service. The pool was really cool. Thought for a second a mic was under tje pool lol but the walls surrounding the pool echoed. I thought that was nice, especially as a safety mechanism, in case of a drowning. Upon our arrival to our departure, we didn't receive any washcloth, after 3 days of bathing with a hand towel, we went to the mall and purchased. The hotel giving access to the mall and casino was a Plus. That was super amazing. We stayed on the 29th floor, and the view up there was crazy amazing. Opening pur curtains to that view every day....was the highlight of our stya at the Decapolis Hotel. Air conditioning wasn't the best in our room. Some nights it was hot, other nights it was ok. Overall, it was an exceptional Hotel. The Housekeeping was also up to par. Whenever we did received it, which was optional to us, we were very pleased with the Housekeeping provided.

The Air conditioning going in and hot. Being on vacation, last thing I want is to wake up with my sheets drenched in sweat because of the AC cramping in and out.

Hotel Decapolis My stay at Decapolis was wonderful. My wife and I had a great time, as there are many places to visit, but what we enjoyed the most was the hotel itself. The room was spacious, with an unbeatable view and a large, well-maintained bathroom. Everything was always clean, and the sheets and towels were changed daily, which gave us a fresh and comfortable feeling. The service was excellent. The reception staff was very attentive and always ready to help. Regarding the facilities, the pool, although not very large, is beautiful and has a unique feature: part of the floor is made of glass, allowing you to see the restaurant below. One of the highlights of the hotel is the included breakfast buffet, which is very diverse and offers a wide range of options, making it a perfect way to start the day. Additionally, in the evenings, the hotel organizes activities in the lobby, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. The location of the hotel is another great advantage. It is next to Megapolis and right across from a shopping mall with multiple stores. In the mall’s basement, there is a store selling Israeli (Jewish) products, making it an ideal place for Jewish families visiting Panama, as they can find kosher products there. In terms of dining options, you can order food through apps like Uber Eats, but the restaurant on the hotel's ground floor offers a spectacular menu that is definitely worth trying. Overall, our experience at Decapolis was excellent. I highly recommend it for couples, families, and travelers looking for comfort, a great location, and high-quality service. We would definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service staff were great. Even with our very limited Spanish, we were able to communicate our needs easily. The location is very good. Even though the hotel is right next to a major highway, the traffic noise in the room was minimal. Free breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The view from our room was absolutely amazing. The hotel restaurants were very good. Water pressure was intense. The rooms were very large in comparison with new hotels.

The hotel is older and starting to show its age. We were unable to close our bathroom door because it was caught on the tile. Lighting in the room is not the best. It needs repairs in places.

In general was ok, 5 starts hotel, not too old but furniture and DESING old. Breakfast was huge and very good, pitty the smell of food during breakfast.

I was changed to Megapolis hotel instead due to some internal (government) issues, hotel next to Decapolis, same owner. I booked a big room see view but due to the many people moving from one hotel to the other, they didn’t have my room and gave me a suite NO view. Ok it was bigger but I was alone and I preferred the one I booked but was not possible. Also I forgot a coat in the wardrobe and sent a message thru booking so s friend of mine could pick it up, NEVER got a replay.
