16 persons in all consisting of Parents, Guidance Counselor and Principal of Rock Hall Primary School in Portland, Jamaica stayed at this venue for 5 days. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were quite helpful and accommodatimg. The Pool was clean and the reception area was inviting. The breakfast was filling, though the variety was limited.

I would have preferred if even one person was available at check in who spoke English well. However the young man who check us in was quite helpful and patient.

The location was central to where I wanted to be (Panama Canal and the airport) and there was lots of parking available. I like how there was a guard in the parking lot at all times The room was very large, the bed was super comfortable and the washroom was a large size as well. The on-site restaurant had a good selection of food. The entrance to my room was in an alcove (access to w rooms) which filters out the surrounding noise a little bit.

None of the ice machines were working. I checked every floor. The washroom could have been a little cleaner, mainly the shower.

The staff were friendly, helpful and very quick to answer questions and assist. The cleaning staff were exceptionally good. The breakfast is average but for the price being very competitive it is worth the money. Good location, quiet and safe area near restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store.

The room was comfy

The “guy” in the front desk was rude(morning). When we try to check out he does not let you go until they check the room. I went with my family and he acts like we are criminals that are going to steal a cheap towel or microwave or coffee machine. Thats new in Panama. First time that this happened to me in a hotel. Room too expensive and old to treat people like he es doing a favor to us.

The layout was really nice. TGI Friday's was connected to the hotel, which was really convenient. The pool was refreshing and so close to our room we spent the day there relaxing and wishing we were able to stay here longer. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Having to just stay one night. Could've stayed longer if I had the chance. Besides that. No complaints.

Nice clean property, good location.

Our good friends and travel companions, who are black, and from Jamaica complained that the Security Person followed them around excessively in what appeared to be a racially profiled motivation. Especiallyextreme in Panama, where all races have a roll in making Panama great, this type of behavior is obnoxious to say the least. John Brown, is my First Officer on my yacht and is quite dark-skinned as his family heritage is from the Congo. I am disgusted in the the extreme that I am having to write this comment! Needless to say, without a contact to arrange an apology, I will not use this property again.

The staff - Carolyne and Moisés - helped me find great activities and facilitate the communication when I could not locate the services - tours, transportation, food, markets, etc They went out of their way to make sure that I had a very pleasant experience in Panama City, with no stress about checking out later, on my last day, because one of my friends needed a rest day. The rooms, eating and pool areas were always pristine clean, and fresh smelling. The breakfast was always delicious, varied and plentiful.

Leaving. I will certainly be back.

Breakfast option was good, room was comfortable, with many chinese restaurants in vicinity and TGIF next to hotel building. Place is a bit far from Canal and Casco Viejo. Uber rates are not too expensive. Most people do not speak English.

Cot was not comfortable and did not sound sturdy as even sitting on it made noise.

The hotel was comfy and clean and the location was central to places we visited. The staff was friendly and helpful each time, always willing to help and knowledge especially Alejandra.

A little more options for breakfast daily. Also no lunch and dinner menu options.

The buffet breakfast was very tasty.

There was a musty scent in the room sometimes & hotel was not too close to city part. There was no free shuttle service to Albrook mall as stated on booking.com.
