I loved the pool area to chill in on a sunny day. There are so many hammocks that you can chill in too. The interior is just lovely. The rooms are spacious, the bed massive and bedding is very comfortable. The reception staff are very helpful too. I also absolutely love that it's a not for profit hotel which supports children in education.

The shower was cold and a small whisper of water. The walking tour was very below par compared to ones I have been on before.

The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel is great in a quiet area. Only 5 minutes walk away from the old center. The hotel has a great atmosphere and well decorated. The room is comfortable and has all that you need.

Breakfast is so good if you are able to order from the menu. Sadly we had two days that big groups were in the hotel and then you get a buffet breakfast that is a bit sad. Would very appreciated if that would be limited to the group and other guests can still order from the menu.

Excellent experience all around. I moved here after staying my first couple nights at another (more expensive) hotel close by and immediately wished I had booked my entire Granada vacation here! Everything from the friendly, professional staff to the very clean room and pool area was fantastic. The room was minimalist, but had everything needed and was very comfortable (it appeared like perhaps it had been recently renovated). The breakfast was solid and service was fast. I wish every hotel in Nicaragua had the same standards. I highly recommend staying here.

Honestly nothing.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel, the garden lobby literally made me gasp as we walked in. Stunning. Fantastic staff at reception, nice bar. Pool was great. Breakfast delicious. The connection to the education project was the icing on the cake.

It was so perfect, lying in the hammocks or playing giant chess, or by the pool, we probably didn't explore the rest of Granada as much as we should have ;)

A beautiful property, we visited a few places and this had the most impressive communal areas we saw! The charity at the heart of the business is amazing, it’s worth every penny! Enormous beds, hot powerful showers and clean linens! A real luxury in nicuragua! Staff were amazing, helping to arrange all our outings for much cheaper than anywhere we could find online!

A slight walk from the main area but no real issue!

The rooms were lovely and clean, the pool is great after a warm day of walking around the city. The location is walking distance to all the main tourist bars, restaurants and attractions.

The breakfast was ok but there’s lots of cafes nearby you could choose instead. It was a little more pricey but we really wanted to stay in a place with a pool.

Really nice place to stay in my opinion. Staff was very nice and helpful and rooms and facilities nice and in good shape. Location also quite good (close to center). Liked that one could also book tours from the hotel. Breakfast was also very nice. Enjoyed my stay in here a lot.

Friendly staff, we were able to borrow an umbrella. Staff were accommodating. Good that money goes towards education.

Weren't told about the bar in the hotel; would have liked more information on the area (restaurants, things to do). Some staff was unaware of what celiac is; all staff needed to be told how serious it is for us.

Welcoming and kind manager at the front of house. We stayed much longer then we expected to in the end and didn't want to leave! The hotel is designed really beautifully, pool area and spaces to relax and chill, and good privacy but communal spaces too. Location is a few minutes walk away from Granada centre so felt more peaceful and refreshing to start and finish the day. The breakfast choices and quality was great.

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was good. The parking was a bit of an issue, but the front desk staff helped us work it out. The pool was closed for a couple of the days we were there for maintenance. One thing I would change is allowing people to smoke on the property. It made it very uncomfortable for us with quite a few people smoking a lot around the pool and common areas.

Smoking on the property. We stayed in their suite which has a little fridge and is a little bigger than their regular rooms which are on the small side. Highly recommend the suite for space and the fridge.
