Everyone was friendly. Bed was pretty comfortable. It was pretty clean. The breakfast was pretty good nice spread. Damon’s in front of the hotel was very nice we checked in at 10:30. Went to Damon’s when they close at 11 and they very nice to serve us we got apps and a couple drinks.

Our room was nice size for our group. It was easy to check in and we had no problem locating our room. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly.

We had a sofa bed which really needed to have the mattress on it replaced. Housekeeping staff didn't even touch our room the day after our first night's stay. The following day they asked if we needed anything and we asked for clean towels and I don't think we ever received them. I tried calling the main desk a few times and no one ever answered so when I had questions I had to go down there and find someone. When checking out, there was no one at the desk. I waited a few minutes and then I just left my keys on the counter because I was ready to go.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times since it is our halfway point to where we usually travel. We will always stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and they even have remembered us after a couple stays. The location is just off the highway - but super quiet. Over all the stays (4+/-) our rooms have always been clean. This past stay our room smelled so clean and fresh just upon walking in the door. The hotel is close to a restaurant - Damon's that we usually go to. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay! From the front desk to the breakfast person , room person . Everyone was very helpful . Room was spotless. Breakfast was very good . Front desk was very helpful and kind . No complaints. Would definitely recommend!

It was a great place to stay , easy to get to malls, food, and bar .. transportation is just a call away and available all of hours of nights . I would definitely stay again soon.

The bed was very comfortable and the TV was new LG-very nice! The fitness area was great they had treadmill and elliptical. Damons Grill and Bar was excellent!!!

The bathtub was terrible for a shower, almost fell. Had to be very careful. If your not going to take a bath, my advice is to get a room that just has a shower. That’s what they told me, after the fact.

The staff were so friendly to talk to, the heated pool was honestly top notch, the breakfast buffet was amazing and if you're too lazy to go too far out but want something to eat, then Damon's Bar and Grill is the way to go

My adult daughter and young grandson stayed with my wife and I. There was no extra charge for the stay or for breakfast. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean.

My only complaint would be that there were not 4 towels and washcloths in the bathroom.

I really liked the location of hotel. The restaurant Damon's, across from hotel is great and offers hotel guests 10% off. The hotel and rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was super friendly and helpful also.

We found the beds to be way to bouncy. Anytime my husband moved I felt it and about bounced off the bed..lol. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Nothing to really choose from. Hard boiled eggs were definitely hard. Packaged Breakfast sandwiches that weren't great and barely warm. Last day there they offered scrambled eggs that were over cooked. Breakfast was just not good. Having a microwave in room would of been nice to heat up food. Thought the room was a bit pricey for what was offered, but apparently it was homecoming during that time and all hotels were expensive.
