Room was spacious and looked clean. Front desk staff were friendly. Parking was close to the entrance.

Front end staff told me I wasn’t eligible to earn IHG member points because I booked through a 3rd party. Also told me I could have gotten a better price had I mentioned military discount. I told them I checked for all the discounts online and thought I picked the best price. He implied they could have given me a better price. I did check through the hotel’s website. Rugs were noticeably worn down in some places in the hallways, looked shabby. No indoor pool at this location, which I knew when I booked.

A little bit of a drive off the highway, but felt like a safe neighbourhood. Front desk ladies were very nice, recommended a spot for dinner nearby that was laidback and well priced. Breakfast was pretty standard but was well stocked. We were upgraded to a king room and it was huge, with a Keurig coffeemaker, small microwave and mini fridge that we didn't need but nice to have.

Recent bath renovation and room makeover

Parking was tough too many contractor vehicles. Need to step up continental breakfast.

Rooms that were remodeled included refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Walk in shower and room darkening shade.

Elevator door closed too fast. To have a premade breakfast sandwich.

The location was just off of a busy road but it was set back so it was very quiet. Also, there are beautiful views!

This isn't a dislike, just a heads up that renovations are taking place.

Breakfast was okay but the food needed to be warmer. My omelet & turkey sausage were barely warm. Overall, there were plenty of food options and the decaf coffee was the very good.

Price was great! Breakfast was great! Flexibility and helpfulness of staff was great! Shower was perfect and produced super hot water!

Clean, modern, fluffy white towels, smells clean and fresh, ac works great, decent breakfast in quiet peaceful room separate from the lobby, workout facility, strong WiFi, comfy beds, lovely staff

It was very clean and up to date. I absolutely loved that the soap/bathsoap was Dove!

The lighting could have been a tad bit brighter, but it was good nonetheless.

It was convenient n the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

We thought that when we booked the room, we would be getting a king size bed but ended up getting a double bed. Not a big deal but would have preferred a king size bed. We realize that it was a availability issue and not the hotels fault.
