(Room 109) To me, it was like being home on a small rural property. Down to earth, comfy, quiet, lots of potted plants to enjoy, the owners made me feel like family, small flaws that can easily be overlooked (just like at home😂), there were no loud or unruly guests, and I will return here again if I find myself back in “Chobee”. Slept for 9 hours the second night…. I never do that!😎

So comfortable and cozy that I didn’t want to travel 4 hours to go back home.LOL

The pictures and description of the hotel online were honest. I knew what I was getting when I booked the hotel. It was a clean comfortable hotel with few amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel met my needs.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I only needed a room to stay in while I was in town visiting my parents. I wasn't expecting a five-star experience because the description of the hotel was accurate.

I was lucky. I chose this motel for my first choice a week ago and I did very well. Dear friendly people, the motel chooses cleanliness, full equipment, apart from refrigerators in the room, there is also a very pleasant device in operation, an ice maker. As it used to be everywhere! And one CORONA, after 300 miles on a motorcycle, tastes much better chilled in ice than in the refrigerator. When I return from the Everglates in a week, I know exactly where I want to stay. And if a group comes from Europe next year, I will order accommodation 1/2 year in advance. for family and friends, I want only the best!! Martin Biker Europe

When it comes to value, and hospitality they were great. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay that has nice staff then I would recommend.

Curbside appeal isn't the best, but I was just looking for a nice, affordable place to stay. If your in the same boat I would highly recommend

The room was exceptionally clean. We have travelled across this country and have stayed in privately owned hotels and chain hotels. This room was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The facility is an older building but the owner is hands on with improvements We will stay there again when we are in the area

The owners friendly and positive, the comfort of the mattresses, although a queen or king would be preferred rather than a full, the fridge with freezer and microwave. Super shower, chickens!

Cigarette butts in container outside door, grass and greenery outside little bit out of control, had to pass by a dirty grill to get to room,curtains difficult to close without putting pressure on curtain rod

I was visiting a friend and didn’t want to spend a lot of money to sleep… I didn’t need breakfast… And I didn’t need perks. This place was perfect! it reminded me of motels from back in the 60s… Exceptionally clean… Very comfortable and didn’t break the bank. Just exactly what I wanted.

Very comfortable accommodations. Very convenient location. Exceptionally friendly owner. My go-to place in Okeechobee!

Very clean. Kind and friendly owner. Overall a good value for money. We slept well :)

In our room there was no hairdryer but we also did not need it so it was not an issue.

First off, the property was just as described. No Surprises or false information. The room was clean & smoke smell free. The on site manager is a very pleasant and accommodating person. The area is clean & well cared for. There wasn’t loud & noisy guests, a definite plus! I would definitely stay here again 😊
